Отель достаточно приличный. Номера крохотные, кондиционер работает только пока ты находишься в номере. Окно не открывается, двойное, запотевшее. Зашли в номер и почувствовали неприятный запах с порога, который так и не ушел никуда. В ванной душ старый, вода льется неравномерно, бьет. Нам сразу принесли «велком» горячие тосты с сыром. Вежливый персонал, во всем помогли, все подсказали. В других отелях Манилы не была, но мне кажется, что можно найти и лучше. Мы оставались на одну ночь- до аэропорта ночью доехали минут за 15. Днем придется толкаться в пробках минут 35-40.

立地はかなりのローカルエリアで外国人が飲食するような場所は周りにないです。両替やマッサージもホテルを利用するしかないです。１３：１５分に到着し、チェックインをしようとしたところ、部屋は用意できているが１４時までは絶対にダメだと。たった４５分じゃないかと交渉するも、宿泊費の半額払えば可能だと。フィリピンで色々宿泊しましたが、規則とはいえこんな厳しい対応は初めてでした。夜のスタッフも含めフロントは態度があまりよくない。屋上のレストランで時間を潰す。スタッフは感じ良い。１２０ペソほどのバナナシェイクもおいしかった。チェックイン後、部屋のトイレを使用したところ、ウオシュレットの水が止まらなくなり、トイレが水浸しに。スタッフを呼んで直すもまだ水がちょろちょろと。部屋を変えてくれと頼むと、他に部屋はないと。さすがに切れそうになり、じゃあ、まともな部屋を提供できないのだからキャンセルの手続きをしてくれというと再びスタッフがフロントへ。部屋をチェンジすることになりました。なぜ初めからそうしてくれないのか、不信感しかありません。デラックスルームに冷蔵庫がない。借りると１日１０００ペソ。コンビニで氷を買ってしのぎました。屋上のプールが目的の一つでしたが、改修工事中につき使えず。２０時頃にジムに行ったら２２時まで使えるはずがすでに終了。色々と悪いことばかり書きましたが、良い点もあります。部屋は清潔で設備も新しめ。高速脇ですが2重サッシになって音はほぼ気にならず。マラテあたりの安めのホテルよりよほど静かです。屋上のレストランもまあまあ良心的な値段で、眺めも素晴らしいです。館内にはスーパーヒーローの模型や映画の関連物が各種展示されており眺めて歩くと楽しいです。１階に７/１１があって便利。マッサージサービスあり。チェックイン時と漏水時の対応、プール・ジムが使えなかったこと以外はそれほど悪くなかったかもしれません。

I recently stayed at a hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and cleanliness provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. I was also impressed with the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the dining area. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay with exceptional service.
