The room is good for the price we paid, my kid going around the hotel safely. And I like most was the Chinese food I eat a lot and shopping a lot. And most of all the binondo church is very near, and for the safeties I saw a lot of police man every around the corner. My husband think not safe to be in binondo but after we stayed in lucky Chinatown hotel he’s happy for the 2 nights and 3 days for being far from home. Probably we will have another staycation in Lucky Chinatown hotel.

Linens still have stains even if they were washed already. Bathroom floor and walls are not so clean. I saw hair on the wall and the CR floor is not that clean.. I have to call the front desk for assistance to replace the defective water heater. The price is not equivalent to the service or amenities you will get from this as compared to other hotels. It's only advantage is it's location.

Buffet breakfast has limited choices, but overall it’s a good experience staying in this hotel

This hotel is very accessible to the Lucky China Town and few minutes walk away to Binondo for a night food trip. The roomis spacious and clean. The staffs were so accommodating. We will definitely go back here in this hotel when we visit Binondo again.

Stayed for 3 nights. Booked 3 rooms. Ms. Ghen was so kind to provide us a room near the elev for my senior dad. However, we observed the following: Visible dirt on the walls Lightings in the CR are dark Dirty water stains on the floor in the CR In my room, the aircon was not responding to your desired temperature Even if we put it on 26 degrees, the coldness is still like the 16. We just need to turn it off when the room is too cold already. Imagine at night where you need to wake up to close it and open it again. Called housekeeping on our 2nd day, told them they don't need to make up our room and we just requested to refill the tissue, water bottles and dental kit since it fell on the floor, in the dirty floor of the CR. But, nothing happened. Called 3 or 4 times until the following day. We just bought supplies outside just in case but, we still tried to request though, called the 4th time and spoke to Ms. Pretty and told her my frustrations and got the request when we were a few hours before check out. Thankful to Ms. Pretty for following up my request. Also, the volume of the tv in my room suddenly goes down to 0. Many times. I needed to adjust the volume manually at the back of the tv everytime it went down to 0. Kudos to Kuya Jason Lagahit from security. He was so helpful and courteous.

The hotel is in Binondo Chinatown, it was a really good experience overall. Can easily walk around and reach all the main destinations. The only bad thing is the position, traffic was terrible, need to wait 30 more mins for a grab. It took so long to get to and arrive from the airport. Staff was great and nice and the structure is new.

I rate cleanest poor is because so many small cockroaches walking around all area inside the room, even i sat down down eating at the table, cockroaches pass through infront of me, and while i'm seeing mirror , the cockroach walking at the wall to the ceiling... Not even cockroaches also have mosquito. Another problem about service, i have to wait an hour for maintenance to come because our tv volume can't level up, its auto decrease the volume. Not only that, also just asked the housekeeping to send me the bath mat,after 10 mins maintenance person come, the housekeeping appears. The receptionist didn't answer my 10 times call from our room, i feel stupid .. when i go down to take my food order, the receptionist is THERE!🤦 WHY NOT ANSWERING MY CALL? i forgot to take pictures of the cockroaches because i feel ewww

Had a great stay in this hotel and it is beside lucky chinatown mall so it’e easy to go around

The room is clean with basic free amenities such as dental and vanity kits and room slippers. Have to request for a bathroom mat though, because the room doesn't have it when we arrived. It is quiet inside the room even if the hotel is in the middle of busy Chinatown. Hotel have direct access to Lucky Chinatown mall, very convenient! Parking is free for checked-in guests.

the room was different from expected, and we were informed that we need to upgrade rooms which they do not usually include on the online reservations. They did not do room service when asked. No Netflix.

Excellent place and premium quality

They let us borrow they hair dryer. The shower area was flooded, because the water did not go down immediately.

Honestly, I tried this hotel cause I wanted to try the food around Binondo. Location is good just beside the mall, there are many food to choose from. Staff aren't that nice, not smiling, not accommodating even if there are many customers waiting, they don't even offer you a drink. Their lobby is very hot like no aircon. They only invested in the interior designs of their lobby but once you get inside the room I tell you, it is spacious enough but there are many small cockroaches in the bed and comfort room plus it smells awful. We weren't able to sleep the whole night. The biggest problem also is there switch, all are lose and you'll get scared to use them because it's dangerous. I wasn't able to charge my phone either throughout the stay and can't use their kettle properly since their switches are all lose. TV is small if you're in standard room plus the color is like some old TV although it has cable. Breakfast for the price of 499, if you are fond of salad you can try, they offer usual breakfast like hotdog, egg, rice and tocino. I think you can have more decent meal in that amount outside considering the place is just surrounded with restaurants and food stall. The location is really great however, the hotel room isn't really that nice. I hope it can be improved so foreigners can be more pleased to try their service.
