An absolute nigh**are of a hotel. Nothing seems to work in this very old rundown hotel. When I checked into my room, the WIFI, TV and water heater was not working. I insisted on them giving me another room since I paid for a 3-night stay, which was extremely costly. After a while, I was given another room. Since it was late, I checked the heater and wifi and both were working. I slept and woke the next morning. To my horror, the air-con was not working. I was happy that the room was cool but did not realise that after a while, the rom was hot and stuffy and a bad smell came out. I insisted in changing into another room. I was finally given another room. the aircon was working, the wifi was working and the tv was working. However, the water from the tap trickled. I was tired of complaining and decided to check out of the hotel as i had enough of this bad hotel. It was a terrible experience and I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel is old and needs major repairs. The swimming pool, not to mention, was dirty and unused. I took a dip and saw that the pool was dirty and had lumps of dirt, not sure what they were, and I left. The rooms that i was given was poorly ventilated too.
