It is an old hotel. So manage your expectations. Having said that, we had a comfortable and convenient stay. It is near hospitals (our purpose was to go to a follow up check up), malls, museums and parks (second purpose, family outing) The hotel is clean enough. There is hot water (shower). It smells like an old hotel when you step inside, but it is clean, I didn't see cockroaches haha They change beddings and towels every other day, or upon request. I think they could improve on the laundry of their towels and beddings though. Hindi naman ako nangati. Aircon is cool. Elevator is old in style, but still works. Overall it was a good stay, sulit for the price. Specially that wr had a five year old with us. I also love how they still have newspapers. Most guests are families, or older people hehe probably on government business.

Good place and accessible to establishment especially malls, clubs, coffee shops and restaurants by walking.

Near to the Robinsons,where you can find bus direct to airport.... Quite old hotels... Looks differ than picture...

For Japanese, the bath and toilet was a little dirty. And floor was dirty, too. The room was large. But the hotel worker was so kind and easy to talk. And the location was nice.

Very strategic location for hype solo traveler. However, if you are the type who gives value to smooth good night sleep the Hotel is the last on your list because it is near to drinking and party pubs with live band and disco music which starts from sunset to near dusk.

Our stay was a pleasant one.

start with the basics, the bed, the bed was a box with a mattress on top. I had the Superior Room but the bed was small, uncomfortable, and dirty. The shower... didn't work, no hot water at all, slow flow, and rat poo all over, yes, rat poo! The toilet seat is not attached, the hotel gives you toothpaste but no toothbrush. TV that was smaller than an old computer screen, couldn't see anything from the bed. an AC that is only for decoration. turn the A/C on and wake up everyone with how loud it was. the electricity socket was also for decoration, not working. and for me to charge my phone I had to unplug the bedside lamp and stay in the dark. I cab really keep going but, I think you understand.

Not recommended for middle-class person. It is okay for a low budget stay , but not recommended to have a comfortable stay.

The only positive response I have for this hotel is it's location, it's close to many different types of venture. But the negative outweigh the positive. Mediocre residence due to malfunction of elevator and not servicing all levels of the building., easily blocking of toilet, terrible towels, for the rate of stay, one would expect better provisions. I should have taken photos but it's not appropriate to give so much negative reviews.

The hotel was very baguio feels and it is antic so in the modern era it is not good and very creepy feels.

The location is good. However, the aircon was noisy and not cold enough. Water pressure is very low. No bidet in the toilet.

At first we cannot sleep due the live band beside the hotel but when we move to other room it's better we sleep well
