When we first checked in, the door was broken cannot be lock, we have to change rooms. The TV doesn't have any local channels. Lastly my wife found several tiny cockroaches in the room. Neigborhood not very nice but 15 mins walk to MOA.

There are cockroaches in the room, no closet or hangers. When we first checked in, there was no hot water in the shower. Luggage storage costs 100 pesos per bag per day. The information does not indicate that the service is paid. We had a hotel reservation when we arrived in the Philippines and 3 weeks later when we left. I had to take winter things with me. Not a single hotel in Asia required a fee for storing luggage if you had a reservation. It is impossible to sleep at night because of planes taking off and landing. Nearby there is a McDonald's, KFC, 7/11, and a large flea market.

Budget hotel meets my needs for awaiting other flights close to airport anytime check in . This is my go
To hotel when in manila. Have strict two guest in room policy.. its the only thing i dont like as i have friends visiting who are not over night guest

I used it on my first trip to the Philippines.
Due to a flight cancellation the day before, I was able to move my stay to the next day. thank you very much.
As expected from Manila, I felt that the employees were more diligent. There were no security issues.
It felt like a common love hotel in Japan.
If I had to say anything, the flow of water in the bathroom was a little slow. Room service food was delicious.
I would like to use it again if I come next time.
