It was a privilege indeed to stay in H2o Hotel, we really enjoyed our stay, The staff are very kind and accommodating and the location is very accessible not just to many resto and ffc but also to many tourist attractions around the area. :-) We had a great stay! Thank you H2o :-)

It was a dream come true to my son to sleep on a hotel but he does not imagine that we will book on his favorite park which we go last time as he see the water animals and swim in the swimming pool there. Thank you H2O it was a wonderful experience especially to my son.

my kids love the room and they are very happy.. However, Poor Room Maintenance. Poor Water Supply in shower. Slow wifi internet. Aqua curtain opening and closing on its own..

Room: The hotel facility has changed since our last visit. We returned to this hotel because of the in-room aquarium, but we were disappointed to find that only a few fish were visible. They tend to appear in groups, but this is a rare occurrence. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor when we arrived, which may be due to the carpet not being cleaned properly. We paid more for our stay this time than we did previously. The aquarium cover is often closed, which is the primary reason we chose this hotel. However, we are unable to enjoy the in-room aquarium due to this. The refrigerator is not working. Buffet: The food is good. However, only a few are available in the option. It is a 450/head and it seems like I only paid for a 200/head type of buffet. Attractions: The attractions are enjoyable, and I’m glad that my kids still find them entertaining. However, I believe that the hotel management should prioritize keeping the aquarium glass clean, as it would make the experience more enjoyable than watching if the glass were clear. Additionally, it would be great if they could add more fish to the aquarium. Others: The parking space is too far.

Location has nice sea view but hided in city access. The building and room is not well maintained, city view is not nice , you can see the green pool stagnant water not used. Lounge is amazing, but out of order. Accessible however there is no activity. Makan Restaurant view is amazing! But cleanliness and food including the interiors set up is not well. Food over priced, not worth with the quality. Waiters are not pleasing and attentive. Room, should do a deep cleaning. But bed was nice. Will I come back to stay? Maybe not. But just to visit in lounge maybe.

Nice placed and good

Some minor inconveniences with the room and amenities but we had an enjoyable experience. My son loved the aqua room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However the room was not clean. The bathroom is especially bad.

Door was broken and drop on my feet, the swimming pool is located near the entrance of MOP no privacy for hotel guest.

Makan restaurant’s meals are too salty while drinks are too sweet.

The ambiance is so nice 👍 staff are polite and helpful specially cannot speak English to my Japanese friend 😊

hotel is clean and nice only downside is the location and size of the pool

Good sea view with considerable price. However hot water is not so hot. Maybe improve next time.
