Terrible hotel, the photo does not match, they took an additional fee for a deluxe room on the spot, although it is not mentioned, everyone is so deceived, they settle in a standard and lure out money. Takarans, bums. Best in Chinatown. I do not recommend. Thanks trip.com refunded for this scam

Terrible hotel!
We were not even greeted when we entered. Cockroaches are everywhere and of different sizes, literally walking on the bed and walls.
Wi-Fi does not work in the room, only at the reception.
Booked and paid for the room "Deluxe double room two double beds", upon arrival we were given a standard room with one bed. To our request to provide the room that we paid for, they answered that there is no such number at all, this is old information ...
The bed was not the first freshness and with holes, they asked to change and give two sheets for shelter - they waited 3 hours and gave one, begged for the second.
There is not a single hanger/hook for things in the room, there is no closet - nothing where you can put your clothes.
There are no words, what a pity that we stopped at this place. We lived for two nights - just some kind of hell.
Of the toiletries only toothbrushes and toothpaste, no toilet paper.
There is a window in the room that overlooks a common balcony - the window does not close because the handle is torn off - a screw is screwed in and wrapped with wire.

They wanted to change me everything I booked: inside deluxe doble simple room and to pay 10%extra. In all OYO s there are facilities free (packedge bathroom and water) but not here. It was like to stay in a basar when you need to negociate everything. It's not a local owner.

This is the worst hotel I've ever booked. I was shock because it was soooo small. The aircon is not cooling well and most of all, this is my first time that a hotel doesn't have a heater at shower area. So disappointed then, and most of all, they asked for 10% service fee before we check in Though they don't do any good service to us. And one more thing, they have a TV but their is no cable or even tv plus to have a signal, so it become useless also.
I will never book here in this OYO REMEDIOS HOTEL located at MALATE, MANILA.
