Nag stayed ako ng isang araw and decided the next to extend. I spoke personally at the front desk. Nag mamadali kami that time dahil may kailangan kaming bilihin urgently for hospital use. So nagbookek ako online for extension at nagkamali ako sa date Ng booking instead of that day. Yong na book ko na date is the next day. So I informed personally yong nasa front desk. Nakita usap din ako na kung possible na imove yong date or maayos booking ko. Sabi niya sa online ko daw ayusin at nagareply nga yong booking online na waiting for the approval ng hotel. But they rejected. The worst is siningil kami Ng 200 per hour for the late check out kahit na alam niya na mag extend kami at inaayos ko yong booking. Ayon nagbayad kami Ng 400pesos for 2 hours late check out! At di namove yong sa booking ko. Kaya nag book nalang ako ulit. Requesting for extension. That day. Hotel rejected. Nakakalungkot lang Ng experience ko. Yong kinausap mo na yong guy nasa front desk Ang informed home for extension pero siningil parin kami. So my mom and I decided to stay and check out the next day kahit may 1 day booking pa kami. No cancellations kasi yong booking kaya no choice. Nagbayad kami. The front desk guy is unprofessional at di Siya friendly. I reported also some maintenance and requested for trash out, but no one came until the next day. Na nag request ulit kami for trust out.

Nice place malapit lng mga food store. Spacious dn ang room and very accommodating ang mga staff. Sana nxtym prepare niyo na po ang toiletries kc hassle pag baba pa at hihingi

Pros: Accessible to restaurants, malls and hospital. Easy to find location, Spacious.
cons: dirty CR with many little cockroaches, towels and beddings have stain. Lacking of amenities.

By far, this was the worst place ive ever stayed. Linens were dirty, there were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room, there were hairs in the bed, the remote control wasnt working, there was no toilet paper nor water not disposable slippers in the room. Red doorz should worry of getting themselves affiliated with this place.
