It was our 2nd time to book to this hotel. The room was spacious and clean but the view from our hotel room was a roof, though we could still see the harbour view from afar. I requested for a room with a view when I booked it but when we got there the room we got was not granted, According to the staff the hotel was fully booked. It was a great place.The ambience of the hotel lobby is warm, welcoming and festive.They served sumptuous breakfast buffet.
The staff were very nice, very friendly and very accommodating. 😊

Place is outdated, drain not working. Collapsing lights in the bathroom. Good food though

The place had evolved to be a good destination for local tourists. The prices are competitive. Kudos to the rebrand of The Manila Hotel.

Manila Hotel is a legendary hotel that has been in existent for more than hundred years. The ambiance, lobby, rooms and even, the staff’s uniform truly imbibe history and the Philippine culture. The rooms are spacious and overlooking the Manila Bay. Nice to see the sunset from the hotel room. Food is in abundance. Appreciate highly if they could have the single beds replaced with double beds. It’s quite small compared with other hotels. ❤️ Overall, it’s a great stay.

We spent a day with the family, and got 2 rooms. The check-in was fast as we arrived around 1:30 pm, we were able to get our rooms before 2 pm. For an old hotel it was maintained very well, there are a few improvements but over-all it was an 8.8/10 for me, just because the single beds are too narrow. Wished they used the next size, requested for a King and one twin but got two twins instead.
Buffet breakfast was great and reasonably priced for walk-in guest.

The trip to the hotel was a bit lengthy because of traffic and we found have our luggage scanned at the entrance a bit strange. But as soon as we got that out of the way, things improved.. The checkin process was quick, our room was clean and big enough for three people. The service people were very accommodating with everything we ordered to our room and the food was decent. We were only there for a few hours while waiting for our connecting flight.
