Volvimos a Manizales a su feria, después de 25 años. No puedo comparar con otros hoteles pero si me atrevería a decir que es el mejor de la ciudad. Comenzando por el trato del personal en la recepción, el cual fue fantástico, por su amabilidad, disposición en todo lo que se solicitó, haciéndonos sentir siempre en casa; siguiendo por la atención del personal en el restaurante y su comida que estaba fantástica. Hasta terminar por la comodidad de sus habitaciones. Un fin de semana extraordinario. Sin duda nuestra primera opción cada vez que volvamos a Manizales.

El hotel es muy bonito y el personal muy amable, solo tengo una queja se supone que el restaurante atiende hasta las 10:00 pm, a las 9:30 pm solicité unos cafés y me dijeron que ya no había ni los iban a hacer porque ya iban a cerrar. Que la atención a esa hora se limitaba a gaseosas o bebidas que no tuvieran preparación.

Check in should be at 3pm. When i arrived at 6.45pm they said the room isn't ready! I left at 7.30pm the room still wasn't ready. No apologies were made!
