"The hotel is well run and the staff is attentive. There are 12 parking spots if you need to park your car. The interior of the hotel is well maintained and the decor is very nice. The room was well equipped and well taken care of. Cleaning service was very good. The restaurant at the hotel, quite frankly, was the best meals we had while we were in Maizales. Amazingly good! I would say it's the best, if not one of the best hotels in town."

The service was outstanding, especially from Jorge, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. Every amenity was excellent, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. We highly recommend staying at Atardeceres del Café, not just for the stunning setting, but also for the warm and attentive service. We’ll definitely be returning!"

It was very disgusting, one servilla on the table, I talk about bad will, and I see it was alone with me, I don't know if it was my physical condition that bothered you, but if it was very negligent. I always looked over my shoulder and he dare to look badly. very disgusting, young chiva in his 20s. I never had happened this in any hotel"

"I’m not a camping person, but Glamping is 100% my thing now! We stayed at the Lloroba - Chamí Glamping, the last weekend of July 2025. This is an entirely different experience (of course in a Good way)! The staff was very friendly, always with a positive attitude, breakfast and dinner was DELICIOUS, very clean and organized. The property is absolutely breathtaking, we love The Encanto of Chami Glamping -Manizales- Colombia. The views and sound of nature was the Best experience! Definitely recommend!"
