unfortunately the hotel employees have a delusion that they are the owners of the hotel, and they provide a very bad service, The food in the hotel restaurant is terribly bad and extremely expensive, the hotel has very good facilities and hot springs to relax.
My recommendation is: Sleep in the hotel, ignore the bad service, enjoy the hot springs and dine outside the hotel.

instalaciones viejas en el dia se siente calor en las habitaciones costos muy altos para el confort de las habitaciones desayuno variado pero frio en especial los huevos. deben replantear costos frente a lo que ofrecen televisores obsoletos y se nota deterioro en el mobiliario

Fenomenal atención. Experiencia fenomenal. Muy buena atención de parte del personal. Nos hizo sentir muy agradable y muy complacientes. El desayuno estuvo genial. Comida típica colombiana. Y la atención de los bartenders y meseros estuvo genial. Tienen apoyo 24 hrs en las albercas de agua termal.

Muy lindo el hotel. Estuve hace cerca de 25 años y la evolución es sorprendente. Nos hospedamos en el edificio nuevo. No se ha finalizado del todo su adecuación lo cual es comprensible. Vemos que trabajan con esmero. Buena comida, con una carta un poco corta. Cómo fue en temporada alta la visita estaban un poco acosados en los procesos de aseo de los cuartos. Deberían mejorar el servicio de toallas. Un poco de trabajo en manejo de basuras y reciclaje hace falta. Los termales son lo mejor. El desayuno con muy buenas opciones. De lo mejor !!

The rooms in the deluxe area is not that we was expected by the price we paid. Are old and unconfortable. The room has not mini bar, the bathroom too small, with NO hair dryer. It will be neccesary an renew this rooms. The price is too high for the quality of the room. The food is ok, not the best.

From the entrance, the service was bad. We went with a 12-year-old girl and they did not give her a differential handle. At the entrance there was no one to direct us to the slides. Finally, we were located near the cafeteria in the children's pool. Our daughter suffered an accident where NO ONE gave her first aid, and because they didn't give us an ambulance or help or even ice in the cafeteria for her, she lost her tooth and fractured the other one, we had to wait for transportation at our own expense and our daughter was in pain and crying in At the entrance, only the security guard helped us get a glass of ice until half an hour after the accident. Finally we did not have any insurance, we assume that the service was so bad because it was a 2x1 day.
