Ho prenotato una matrimoniale per 2 notti attraverso la App: ***********. Metodo di pagamento con carta di credito. Potevo disdire gratis entro tre gg dalla data di arrivo, opzione che non ho chiesto io, era inserita nelle condizioni. Tentano via pc di bloccarmi l'importo sulla carta senza che io ne fossi al corrente, non riuscendoci perche' in via cautelativa la tengo chiusa agli acquisti on line, mi scrivono carta non valida. Chiamo al telefono per chiedere spiegazioni, e in modo molto arrogante, mi viene detto che non possono tenere impegnata la stanza senza il blocco dell'importo. Ma io ho scelto di pagare in struttura. Da quando gli Alberghi si pagano prima del pernottamento? Mi giunge nuova. Alla fine decido di annullare, e la Sig.ra era tutta contenta!! Cosi' poteva guadagnare di piu', affittando la stanza a prezzo pieno! O ci lavori con *********** oppure no. Non si trattano male le persone perche' prenotano stanze scontate!! Sconsiglio vivamente!! Poco seri!!

Andate altrove !!! Siamo stati per una sola notte (per fortuna) nella camera numero 120 Qualità prezzo assurda.. 80€ per solo pernottamento (ma del prezzo ero consapevole) per trovarsi una bettola di camera!! Bagno senza finestra e con ventola non funzionante.. sanitari sporchi, capelli in giro (io sono bionda , i capelli neri quindi non miei) Muri sporchi e non recentemente ridipinti Il frigo (sporco da tempo) non era attaccato alla presa quindi non funzionante.. costava troppo accenderlo visto che saremmo arrivati !?!? Finestre ad oblò claustrofobiche. Almeno l’aria condizionata era funzionante Abbiamo subito chiamato la proprietaria (abbiamo prenotato e pagato tramite Booking) spiegandole i ns disappunti .. ha detto che sarebbe venuta a vedere entro 10 minuti ma ovviamente non si è presentata, prendendoci in giro… la dipendente non sapeva più come scusarsi e ci ha pulito i sanitari. Hotel tra l’altro distante dal centro (a piedi)

Gebruikt als tussenstop/kort verblijf. Netjes, zuiver. Uitrusting meer dan voldoende voor paar dagen. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Parkeren geen probleem. 4-5 autominuten buiten centrum. Ligt 50 meter van de weg af, tegenover een Lidl.
