"There is a kettle, many foods in the refrigerator are free, and breakfast is not bad. The picture of the reservation does not match the actual picture. There is no heating in the room in winter. There is a toilet with heating, which is a bit cold."

"The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Mantua station, the room was clean and more than spacious enough for one person, and it wasn't too far from tourist attractions, so I think I had a really great trip."

"My wife and I stayed here over the weekend of May 30th and 31st. We booked this hotel randomly, primarily considering its value for money, and fortunately, our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel is new, spacious, functional down to the last detail, and spotlessly clean. The entire staff was extremely welcoming, and since we also dined at the on-site restaurant, we'd especially like to thank Riccardo (the head waiter), who was very kind, professional, and attentive, even to detail, and Vincenzo, the chef. Dinner was delightful, and the food was high-quality and excellent! I'll conclude my review by absolutely recommending this hotel for any stay in Mantua, whether for business or pleasure."

"Perfect location. The hotel had a modern feel to it. The room was a nice size. It was very quiet. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food to choose from. A plus was there were some great frescoes in the breakfast area. The front desk people were not the friendliest but were generally helpful."

"I stayed in a single room, it was basic, there was no kettle in the room or a mirror in bedroom, had to use the bathroom one. The bathroom was nice and clean. The room had lots of storage and a minibar. I didn't get any bottles of water in my room until the second day. The air conditioning/heating hard to control, so I just ended up turning it off. It was also unusual that the rooms don't have door handles on the outside, so had to make sure the door was definitely closed. Breakfast was decent, lots of bread and pastries, some hot food and self service hot drinksand juice. The hotel seems to be in a business park, near to some shops and across the street from McDonald's, but not sure how to get across. "

"Let's start with the qualities: friendly staff, strategic location, and cleanliness. Then, the downsides: the B&B is located in a small courtyard, crowded with cars and bicycles, and the walls dividing the rooms are just a few centimeters thick, making any sound a nuisance. Finally, it may sound strange, but breakfast is an extra. We're talking a few euros, so it's fine (there's an excellent pastry shop nearby, by the way!), but I've never seen a B&B without breakfast."
