Ho soggiornato con amici i quali hanno avuto un problema in stanza:la presenza di un ratto. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che il titolare della struttura in primis ha propinato una stanza più piccola e inadeguata per tre persone, poi pecca per me enorme è stata quando al momento del check out non si è presentato e ha lasciato detto al suo dipendente di non fare nessuno tipo di sconto nel caso lo avessero chiesto.Pessimo comportamento. Sarebbe bastato poco, non dico per scusarsi, ma almeno un gesto che avremmo di certo apprezzato tutti e 9..Forse avrà preferito risparmiare 10€ in cambio di una bruttissima figura.Ripeto,caro signore bastava solo il gesto e niente altro. Mi spiace, ma a mai più!

Non sono usa scrivere recensioni, ma questa esperienza non poteva non essere documentata. In vacanza con amici, 3 camere, entriamo in una è troviamo un ratto che gira indisturbato. Chiamiamo il titolare che ci invita ad andarcene da un'altra parte, ma trovare 3 camere durante le vacanze natalizie, impossibile. Poi ci offre una camera piccolissima come cambio dove non c'è neanche la possibilità di mettere un terzo letto. La sorpresa finale l'abbiamo al momento del conto dove non ci viene offerto neanche un piccolo sconto per il disservizio avuto. Si sono barricati sul fatto che il topo non è stato trovato.... Mi dispiace scriverlo ma si è dimostrata poca ospitalità, capacità di risolvere i problemi e cura del cliente.

In vacanza con amici arrivati in struttura in una delle 3 camere prenotate abbiamo trovato un topo che girova per la stanza. Chiamato il titolare, lo stesso ci ha consigliato di trovare un'altra sistemazione. Visto il periodo natalizio non siamo riusciti a trovare nulla. Al momento del check out non ci è stato neanche offerto un piccolo sconto Direi che l'intera situazione è stata gestita senza professionalità e tatto. Fortemente sconsigliato

Comodo, pulito e funzionale. Situato nella prima periferie della città (3 minuti d’auto da centro), vanta una struttura piuttosto nuova e attenta all’ambiente. La nostra camera (junior suite) si è rivelata molto spaziosa oltre che pulitissima. Stefano , il proprietario, è davvero gentile. Colazione buona. Consigliato!!
