Located opposite the Manukau bus station and train station, the transportation is convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and the kitchen can be used for cooking.

Location was excellent for transport. Parking was easy and reasonable at $10 for the night. Check in was easy and effecient.
Apartment allocated for our stay was very damage, chips in paint on walls, carpet lifting up across front of second room sliding door. Light did not work. Shower leaks water out under door onto floor when having a shower. Large mobile air con unit present in lounge room with large tube out only window. This aircon unit was ridiculously loud and made sleeping difficult. Turn off apartment was to hot, turn on and to noisy for sleeping.
Other quest found 2x cockroaches in her room and bed. This was unexpected. Reported to reception when checking out and lady did not seem to bothered.
Unsure whether we would rebook at this time.

Beautifully presented apartment. All the conveniences I needed. Very close to transport options and shopping. Lovely park across the road.

Infested with cockroaches. Room service did not properly clean rooms.
Location was mostly good and staff at front desk were helpful. However, cannot recommend in good conscience given how bad the roaches and cleanliness were.
