Very comfortable place to stay. AC worked well, which is important in North Qld. The pools were lovely. Reception staff were pleasant. Very good price. Shower and bathroom facilities very clean and modern. My pool view was delightful. There is a lift to get to upper floors. Downsides- no onside restaurant or bar. More than 5km from town centre. Taxi drivers told me this can be a rough area not to walk round especially at night.

“Resort” very out of the way compared to the things to do in town. Luckily we got a car and were able to go back and forth for relatively cheap, but can imagine the cost would rack up if you were to use Uber the whole time. 24h front desk service and we got an extra towel when we asked for it. The outside area and pool looked really nice. This is clearly where the money has gone, though because of the weather we weren’t really able to make use of it. The rooms were very basic and rather old. Nothing impressive. Made us second guess why it was called a resort. Finally, I’d you get a room overlooking the pool, you’ll get a beautiful view but quite a trek to get to the room as you have to walk around the entire building (room access is on the outside) .

We only stayed for a night. The room was cleaned. We slept well. Though there were other guests that were a little bit noisy but stopped after few minutes. Thank you.

Good location. Friendly front desk. Tiny and value for money

A little bit out of the way of central cairns but the bus stop for tour buses is a nice touch. The pool is absolutely amazing and if I was ever in cairns again I would return to this hotel.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. There is also a swimming pool. Although the room is a little small, the three-bed room is just right for us.

For the safety of your life and property, please stay away from this hotel! At 12:30 in the morning, when we were fast asleep, someone directly used the room key to swipe the door of our room. After finding that the safety lock was locked, he still refused to give up and violently tried to open the door 30-40 times. It was very, very scary! I almost thought there was going to be a murder! ! ! We immediately called the hotel, and the man who answered the phone was unapologetic and said that the front desk had not checked us into the system, so a room check was needed. His argument is totally untenable: First, the front desk forgot to register. What kind of weird behavior is this? The other party's explanation was "this could happen, this happens when you are busy." Secondly, there is our reservation information in the hotel system. If you want to confirm whether the room is occupied, why don't you call us first, but check the room in the middle of the night while the person is asleep? Third, to take a step back, if you really want to check the room, shouldn't you knock on the door and ask? Why do you just rush to the door? We ended up pushing the table against the door and didn't sleep well all night. I went to the front desk to inquire the next day, but the other party still couldn't give a reasonable explanation, and his attitude was still very bad. He repeated "What do you want" and "I don't have food here, how can I compensate you" many times. It was clearly the party at fault, but he treated the guest like a beggar! Finally, the room itself, the room is old, the facilities are average, a few hangers cannot even be removed, and the shower water pressure is insufficient. Again, I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this hotel! !

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very bad, and it is the first time in Australia that I feel so dangerous. Try not to go out after dark, stayed for 4 days, encountered two very dangerous experiences. The first time was shopping in the supermarket next to the hotel. After dark, a strong man about 2.1m in length ran towards me and shouted fxxk u angrily. The second time was after dark, when I got off the bus at the entrance of the hotel, a man yelled fxxk u to me while driving. The hotel is very good, but the surrounding security is really bad.

The room was unexpected, very clean, although not too big, but definitely enough to live in, there is a small balcony, there is a swimming pool area in the courtyard, very nice, very cost-effective.

Apart from being a little further away from the city, all the advantages are there. If you drive by yourself, it is recommended to live here. It is clean and hygienic, with a 24-hour front desk

The hotel is quiet, clean and hygienic, and the staff are friendly. This is the second time I've stayed here this year, and the kids love the spa pool very much.
