早上在去哪兒網上訂的，傍晚7:00多由於堵車太嚴重行程發生改變。所以就想退了，結果呢，訂單顯示已入住，人都沒有到達酒店，怎麼就入住了，我很想不明白。所以跟老闆打電話想退款，老闆説這個沒法退款，其實我的點主要在於即便是因為我行程改變時間比較晚，這間房酒店沒法再定出去，所以不能退，我也完全可以理解。但是我明明人都沒到，已經入住，我就不能理解這個事情。所以不管是App還是酒店，都讓人覺得很失望。

在網上訂的酒店，但是到門口看到環境後（門口有一個特別陡的坡道，下雪的話需要防滑鏈才能上來），本來想取消的，但是訂的時間太晚了，不能取消。入住後電視看不了，估計是住滿了，然後電壓不夠的原因，因為我給充電的袋充電要充特別久，電熱毯也是開了兩三個小時後才有反應。最不省心的還是沒有熱水（老闆給我們提了一壺熱水來用）。因為遇到的問題較多，一直找老闆來處理，服務還是沒問題的，衹能是自己運氣不好吧。就體驗來説個人感覺不值這個價
