The hotel room is nice and clean. I used Ctrip's free upgrade. There are water, drinks, snacks, fruits, and common medicines at the front desk. There are free midnight snacks, afternoon tea, and breakfast. The midnight snacks are noodles, wontons, porridge, bread, and small cakes. The afternoon tea has sugar water, porridge, bread, juice, and snacks. Basically, they are all good. There is a snack shop and a fruit shop downstairs, and there is a porridge shop opposite. I went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there. As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers. The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed. The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence. Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go. Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

GGuest UserFollowing my mood, I chose to stay at the Romantic Coast Sheraton Hotel before the Mid-Autumn Festival. The overall experience was very good. Before check-in, Ms. Zong'e Xiao Li, the front desk staff of the hotel, called to understand our check-in requirements and arranged a Ruyi room for us. The service was excellent. The room facilities and equipment were very complete, and the hygiene was also very good, clean and comfortable. I could also see the fireworks on the beach on weekends from the balcony of the room, which was really great. When the Mid-Autumn Festival came, we were also given small gifts and lanterns, which the children liked very much. The overall experience was very good. It would be better if there were more parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel. This is the only shortcoming, haha, but it does not affect our overall check-in experience. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

I came to the room and saw that the facilities inside were relatively young. The room was clean and tidy, and the room space was large. Because the child wants to watch TV, because we will not put it, call the front desk to ask someone to help me put the TV, the front desk will soon call an aunt to help me put the TV, the aunt service is very good, very warm. Hotel location is very good, very close to the first beach in China, a few minutes drive. There are two supermarkets next door to the hotel, there are also many seafood stalls, there are many parking spaces at the door and they are free. In general, this hotel is very good and the price is relatively affordable. I will choose this hotel next time.

MMimishixiaochaichaila～酒店離海灘很近，出酒店大門就到，很方便。周圍很多海鮮平價飯店，吃飯很方便。停車場很大，完全不需要擔心沒車位停車。大堂很大氣，房間面積很大，整體感受還是不錯的。酒店有一定的年頭，所以房間裝修顯得有些陳舊，但不影響使用。熱水不是很熱，天氣冷又喜歡洗很熱的水的人，可能會有一些不習慣。入住時洗手盆有頭髮沒清理乾淨。從停車場到酒店大堂，有好幾級階梯，沒有斜坡，對輪椅使用者不太友好（商家説有需要他們會給人幫忙抬），也沒有小哥幫忙拿行旅，，要不就弄個斜坡方便大家推行旅箱，要不就給個人幫忙拿一下，很多人都是一家大小出來旅遊，大包小包特別多。這一點有待改進！
