到預約當天下午臨時有事去不成，攜程和酒店幫忙改了期，服務槓槓的。到了酒店還給升了有泡池的房間，晚上好趕上節目表演，從陽台剛好看到。環境很贊

房間衞生乾淨，景區很大很有特色，酒店工作人員友好度高，特別是一位叫李強的男經理，開車幾個小時下午去到辦理入住因因為排隊原本有點焦躁還好遇上這位經理及時幫忙，後來晚上去到温泉區又遇到了他，工作時長那麼久還能保持笑容並且記得我們，特別感動，下次還會再來。

房間設施齊全舒適，景區內各種遊樂活動很適合家庭出遊，因為雨天沒有完整體驗温泉區域，房間的泡池設計非常適合我們，滿足感十分。特別謝謝李強李經理的熱心幫助，在隱世感十足的温泉酒店還能享受到喜來登標準的服務，必須力推給身邊的朋友。

衞生差，淋浴間花灑頭塞着一把頭髮。絕了。。。。服務為0，餐廳好難吃，環境非常一般，連停車場都沒有，再也不去了
