參加2024年茂名馬拉松而預訂的房間。房間裝修稍顯舊，但收拾得挺乾淨，服務態度不錯，停車方便，總體來説還是滿意的。自駕出行，對城際交通沒體會，但周邊離公園、麥當勞、區委區政府、超市等，都比較近。稍有建議是房間密封一般，偶有煙味飄進來。
