Amazing my only complaint is the bathroom cleanliness there were hairs left in the shower. Some of the kitchen utensils looked very old and dirty. Everything else was perfect and the room set up was amazing. Will definitely stay again!

Great location and comfortable room, especially for longer stays.
Have always booked through ********** for the rewards but the new OneKey program is terrible. When I booked it reflected a price of $58 a night. The actual rate was $399! Guess who gets to explain that expense report…. make it explicitly clear what pricing is WITHOUT using your OneKey credit.

Lighting was very poor over bathroom sink and also Vanity mirror near closet area. Impossible to apply cosmetics anywhere in the apt.
Water pressure way too low. Unable to rinse shampoo out of hair. Much water wasted.
All staff really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!! Kris

We were in town for a 3 night stay over Memorial Day weekend. Hotel was extremely clean and still looked brand new. Every staff member we encountered was very nice and helpful. The surrounding area is great, lots of shops and restaurants! Even though the two lobbies are connected with the breakfast area in the middle, it would have been nice to have someone staffed at the check in desk on the Residence Inn side. It felt somewhat less secure basically being all closed up. Our room was a good size and very clean. We were there for pleasure, but it would have been very easy to get some work done in the room as well. Kitchen was a good size and very functional. We had a walk in shower only and the shampoo and soap was attached to the wall. I personally prefer the individual bottles, but I get why they are done this way now. Housekeeping was on request, but I suppose this is going to be the norm going forward. They had plenty of choices for breakfast and it was always well stocked. Breakfast was busy all 3 mornings we were there and they kept things hot and fresh. We had no issue with noise at all, but we were there just mostly to sleep. The parking lot is small, considering it is for 2 hotels. Coming back late in the evening, we sometimes got about the last spot in the lot. Would highly recommend.

The first room we received didn’t appear clean and the sheets where dirty. When pulling the sheets off there was a huge pee stain. Second room we received the shower was dirty and there was more pee stains. Stay at the courtyard in maple grove instead.

The only complaint that I would have is that the kitchen floor was a bit sticky. Could have been from the cleaning solution possibly. Otherwise all was good.

Overall facility was just fine. However, they need to pay more detailed attention to the cleanliness of their rooms and the silverware, dishes and other kitchen needs provided in their groups. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher from previous occupants and silverware and dishes that were in the cupboards were still dirty and had to be washed prior to use.
