"Everything else is good, but the toilet is shorter than the bathtub. How can I feel like that? I have to use some strength to stand up when I go to the toilet."

Coratel Inn and Suites Maple Grove ★★

"Room smelled like cigarettes. We did not request a handicapp room but was given to us without asking. There was only 1 kleenex in the box. Toilet paper was not filled. Sheets had stains on them. Shower curtain has mold on top of curtain."

Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Maple Grove ★★★

"The hotel environment is beautiful and comfortable. There is a McDonald's and a pancake restaurant nearby. It is close to customers and convenient. Minneapolis in autumn is absolutely beautiful. I love this city."

Residence Inn Minneapolis Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes ★★★

"I stay at many hotels for work and leisure and I’ve never had a worse front desk experience than at the Residence Inn Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes. When I was checking in, Artem was at the front with another woman. He started the process and I asked questions about the property and elite upgrade availability. The two of them started to stare at the screen and talk in another language in front of me! This action told me right away that their staff do not know hospitality, are very poorly trained or are not held accountable for their actions. The unprofessional discussion they had in another language made me feel like I wasn’t even there. I am still shocked at how badly this action left me feeling about Marriott and especially the Residence Inn Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes."

"Too dissatisfied, the health is very bad, the door is covered with dust, two beds, one with a blanket and one without a blanket! Breakfast is super simple cereal"
