主要是旅遊旺季，我們是攜子旅遊，酒店沒有服務，酒店設施一般，連洗澡水都沒有。後邊的停車場看起來很大，但是在糧油市場裏面帶着呢。

酒店洗澡的水龍頭到處噴水，從水龍頭出來的熱水非常小，瑪曲很冷導致不能洗澡，取暖器打不開，到服務枱去去叫服務員是一個帶班的説服務員不知道什麼時間回來？最終也沒有等到服務員。
