"Stayed at this hotel with a friend, and even though it's only been open for a month, the experience was really bad. Here are the specifics: 1. The shower water turned cold after 10 minutes. In my friend's room, the water kept fluctuating between hot and cold. 2. The ceiling access panel in the shower room wasn't sealed, so the pipes were exposed (see picture 2). 3. For a new hotel that just opened, the window screens were very dusty (see picture 1). 4. There was hair on the bed (see picture 3). 5. I booked a suite, but upon checking in, I found that the furnishings didn't match. There was a broken sofa and no coffee table or table and chairs (see picture 4). 6.
