The food was horrible, the towels were stained, and the curtains in the bedroom had holes in them. It's a worn down hotel with bad food so you end up eating out rather than using the all inclusive.

Hotel limpo e com garagem, em localização afastada do centro da cidade e das principais praias.
Poderia ter mais opções de diversão, pois é um All Inclusive. Tem poucos jogos para os adultos e crianças, em uma sala extremamente quente. A comida é variada, com inúmeras opções, mas de baixa qualidade.

La Hoteleria es buena . Es Mala la calidad de la comida por tratarse de 4 estrellas , es all inclusive de baja calidad ,tampoco es un regalo , repiten todos los días ma misma variedad de platos. No funciona el aire acondicionado del comedor hace 30 días.

El hotel y la atención son excelentes. Todo muy limpio , desde la recepcionista hasta los cocinero te brindan una excelente atención . Tiene una vista hermosa por donde mires , la pileta es limpia y grande . Es realmente un all inclusive Perfecto para ir en flia y sobretodo con adolescentes. La comida tiene relación con el precio . Lo recomiendo !!

Muy buena atención, en la habitación doble todo limpio y como nuevo, la comida muy rica y variada, linda pileta climatizada. El hotel Frente al mar y además se puede alquilar carpa en la playa con un muy buen descuento. Faltaría espectáculo o música para después de la cena, Ya reservé para volver en diciembre.

Excelente atencion. Excelente servicio de cada comida. Variedad. Buena calidad. Las habitaciones comodas con aire acondicionado, tv, minibar, caja de seguridad. Baño completo con shampoo, crema enjuague, jabon, secador de cabello y toallas. Critica: los vestuarios de la piscina estan muuuuy lejos de la misma. Hay solo 2 ascendores para un hotel enorme.

Nos hospedamos en septiembre 2023, fuimos muchas veces en luz y fuerza de San Bernardo, como era de la misma cadena hotelera pensando que sería superior Ya que es un hotel nuevo/moderno. Justamente solo eso podenos recalcar, las instalaciones nuevas y la limpieza. La calidad de la comida era media, muy poca variedad en el almuerzo y la cena. La confitería solo había tortas, tostados de pan negro(casi sin fiambre), piza(recalentada) y medialunas. Poco personal en la barra de la pileta y en la confitería. No volvería
