Good hotel and really tasty breakfast. Big parking space and location. The staff was really kind and ready to help.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Useful schematic diagram to local shops and attractions. A useful tip for customers is do not forget to request housekeeping. This caught us out as never come across this before anywhere in the world.

Free breakfast, free parking, good amenities, very clean. But mandatory additional fee of 20. Compulsory fees can be converted into points to buy goods sold in the lobby. These items appear to be from Dollar Tree, but are being sold at several times the original price.

A very beautiful hotel, close to the sea, with large rooms. Pets are allowed (please note). The hotel's restaurant is in a beautiful location.

The hotel in general is very good, but there would be no need to charge US$15.00/day for parking.

The hotel on the island has a very good environment, but the reservation price is too expensive. It is recommended to check the price when you arrive

The hotel is located on the side of the road to key west. It is very convenient to enter and exit, the service attitude is good, the breakfast is also good, the room is clean and tidy, and the lighting of the room is very good. Shopping and gas station nearby.

Surprised my Husband for his B-Day and he loved it so much. It was Super nice, staff very nice and polite. our daughters enjoyed room service. We had a great time. Close to the resort there was many restaurants close by, stores, a Windixie and a Publix we loved it we recommend it!

We were here 3 years ago and the rooms haven’t changed since then. So what I’m saying is it’s a bit dated. Breakfast was busy but it’s due to spring break and buses of kids there. I’d stay again but wish the place is a little updated

Excellent hotel, service, free breakfast had all the food for breakfast. The room was amazing, received an upgrade. Pool and tiki bar were great

Upon arrival the room we were booked in was older. The AC unit was very noisy. When I called the front desk they were able to get maintenance up to our rooms quickly and it was decided that they would move us to another room. It was better, still a slight noise but in comparison to the previous room-I was relieved. Key access: A nightmare. We had to call front desk 3 times in one day because everytime they would claim to fix our key, it would not let us enter our room. We got locked out of our rooms twice, and locked out of the pool once. It may seem frivolous but after a long day you just want to be able to get inside without having to wait on someone to come up to open or you have to go downstairs to figure out the problem. The cleaning staff-I can't speak for them all.there were a few polite people. However, You could hear some of the lady's at 8 in the morning talking or laughing between themselves. They were loud for sure. They don't welcome you or even pop a smile when you are in the same hallway. Some just looked mad. It was awkward. On my way to the gym, there's 1 hallway you have to get through to get outside ..... and there was a cleaning staff lady. She had her cleaning cart straight in the middle, making it hard for me to pass through. I thought she would stop and allow me access but no, she just kept walking with her cart straight down the middle very slowly-that I had to RUN around her and excuse myself. Not the best place to stay in.

Place was great. No complaints with staff. Bed wasn't the comfy but everything else was great. Tiki bar was an added perk. And restaurant treated us well.

Our experience was great. Check-in was quick, room was comfortable and spotless. Bathrooms are huge. Hotel and pool area are immaculate. The gentleman at the poolside tiki bar was very kind and attentive and he made good drinks. The restaurant in the back also has great food. Breakfast was great and staff works really hard. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel.

Stay was fine. Room was pretty clean. Do not like to wood tile floors as they were not as clean as I would like. Dirt showed on the tub rug.
