It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience was average and I would not stay there again. The pictures of the Ctrip suite are not consistent with the reality. The reality is that it is an ordinary hotel room with an extra sofa, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip stated that it would open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel, but the actual decoration is relatively old. I don’t understand why it was a hotel that opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. I completed the formalities in the morning and came to pick up the room card in the afternoon. There was only one person at the front desk, which was very slow and I had to wait for a long time. The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants. It feels good to eat at night. The location is by the sea and it is very comfortable to walk.

Mi experiencia fue desagradable y decepcionante es mi segunda vez que se hospedad mis suegros, siempre que vienen hacemos reserva para jugar en familia en el club de tenis de puente romano, con un profesor, Mi sorpresa es que una empleada de recepción del club de tenis puente romano, se tomo el abuso de solicitar a mi esposo el Instagram y datos personales "según para la reserva" y al poco de terminar de jugar mi esposo tenia una solicitud de añadir alguien en el Instagram, cuando él acepto añadirla vio que era la recepcionista mexicana llamada LOLA. él le sorprendió que eran datos personales y esa chica le añadiera y solicitara añadirla cuando no la conoce de nada. Me pregunto yo, Donde ESTÁ LA PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS DEL CLIENTE cuando es obligatorio darlo para reservar cualquier clase de tenis, En este caso la empleada Lola, (mexicana) tome los datos para uso personal? y a saber cuantas más hacen lo mismo.. Además que no es algo de una vez ya sé de otras amistades que esa chica hace recurrida veces lo mismo. QUIERO que tengan observación porque hay algunas en recepción que llevan desorden, o llegan bebidas de resaca a primera hora del día o con olvidos de apuntes del personal, y ya sin saber cuando uno quiere dejar algún regalo a un profesor a saber si esa persona o otra lo den.. Mi desagradable experiencia ha sido mayormente con esa recepcionista que no tiene respeto. Espero que ponga solución
