Tertemiz bir otel. Tarihi dokusu çok güzel. Geniş bir lobisi var.Odalar kullanışlı. Yemek odası güzel düzenlenmiş.Akşam yemeğinde çok çeşit vardı ve yediğimiz her şey çok lezzetliydi. Kahvaltısı da iyi. Çalışanlar ilgili.Çok memnun kaldım.

Başlangıçta otel temiz gibiydi ancak detaylara bakınca odadaki halıya aylardır süpürge değmemiş gibi full saç ve tozdu. Yataktan da sürek kıl çıktı. Kahvaltısı makuldu. İnternetten rezervasyon yaparken çok daha pahalı. Resepsiyon, gelip soran müşterilere en az 300-400TL daha düşük fiyat söyledi. Arayıp yer ayırtmak daha mantıklı olur. İş seyahati amacıyla yay grand otel tercih ettik. Etmez olsaydık 1-Kahvaltıda yalnızca sigara böreği güzeldi. Yumurtayı yağda kızartmışlar kalıp halindeydi ve donmuştu benmari fln yok altında 2- Çıkışta taksi istedik kendi taksileriymiş. Rektörlüğe gttik 20,93 TL tuttu.İnerken borcumuz nedir dedik 30 TL dedi ve aldı. Sonrasında merak ettim sordum. Kısa mesafede 30 TL alındığını belirtti kabul ettim. 3- Temizlik yönünden iyiydi 4-Akşam yemeği dahil değil zaten dışarda yiyeblrsinz ya da restoran var ücreti dahilinde 5-Personeller güler yüzlü Tekrar gelirsem tercih eder miyim hayır benim için kahvaltı ve yemek herşey 😊

Otel dışarıdan ***et güzel çok büyük bi sıkıntısı yok sadece girişte valizleri taşımakta zorlandık yardımcı olabilecek bir tane personel bulamadık (koskocaman otel olduğuna rağmen) genel olarak personeller müşteriye doyduğu için herhalde çok bi ilgi yoktu müşteriye karşı lavabonun temizliği ve kahvaltısı fena değildi.

Otel Mardin'de tam fiyat performans oteli. Otelin personeli güler yüzlü, temizliği çok iyi. Havuzları güzel. Kahvaltı ***et yeterli. Akşam yemeği denemedim. Digitürk var.
