Breakfast is a wonderful experience: delicious local specialties served on a large, beautiful copper tray with traditional copper plates. A true taste of the region. "Located in the middle of Old Mardin, in a very beautiful location. The rooms are nice and the view from the terrace is great. (I think it would be smoother to check the hotel in advance because the picture of the room seems to be basically displayed the same thing in any room plan) The shower was easy to use and the dryer was powerful. Breakfast was also good enough. Rather, there are some kinds of side dishes that obviously cannot be eaten, so I left a large amount every morning and felt it was a waste. I wish I could get as much as I needed. Also, it may be difficult in Turkey, but I would appreciate it if you could make the breakfast venue non-smoking. It was a pity that I couldn't relax in the shared space because all the staff smoked indoors. However, there is no problem other than that, the location and atmosphere are really nice, and there is no doubt that it is a comfortable hotel."

"I liked the hotel and its facilities. I lost my phone in Mardin and the reception helped me find it technically. I have only one complaint. I bought this hotel through Trip.com. But the reception kept telling me that a reservation was made and payment was not received. They claimed that I did not pay even though I showed them my credit card statement and the screenshot I took from the trip application as PAID. There is obviously a systemic non-contact situation that has nothing to do with me. The receptionist tried to charge a credit card registered on the internet without my permission and when she could not receive payment, she said that my credit card was not valid. I made the payment through the application once and did not allow it to be recorded. I did not make a reservation as a prepayment, I paid in full, why would I record my credit card in the system and connect it. We encountered this problem when we entered the hotel, they did not solve it and when we left, they came again with the same statement and insisted that we did not pay even though we tried to say that we would catch the plane. The only thing that overshadowed my hotel stay was this lack of communication. If you make a payment from this hotel through another intermediary and purchase a service, be sure to keep the statements and screen recordings showing that you made the payment, you will not be able to justify yourself later."

"A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃"

"Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here."

"On arrival, we thought we would have to take the suitcases to the mountain to the hotel. And in fact they left the airport of Mardina and immediately waited for us by the Havaş bus and the driver kindly said that we would be taken directly to the hotel. They went right next to the hotel door, which were very pleased. While waiting for the settlement, we were offered tea. In general, the staff is polite and friendly, though speaking English badly, but it didn't prevent us, there is an interpreter and a sister speaks Turkish. In general, in Mardine, it is bad with English, in terms of speaking speech. The room was three-bedroom, like in the old castle. We already lived in a similar place in Kapadokia. The breakfast is Turkish, we really liked the Turkish coffee excellent. And the view from the terrace at all is a bomb, to Mesopotamia. In general, next time only there!"
