Eski mardin merkezinde müthiş bir konuma sahip. Personel çok ilgili, kapıdan çıktığınız anda direk çarşıdasınız. Odalar ***et ideal. Yorumlardan bakınca tereddüt etmiştik ama tekrar gelecek olsam yine aynı oteli tercih ederim. Otel sahibiyle tesadüfen terasta tanıştık çok tatlı insanlar tekrardan görüşmek dileğiyle…

Posto da evitare. L'albergo è in condizioni pessime, c'è un forte odore acre in tutte le stanze. Il motivo è che hanno messo delle palline di naftalina nello scarico del lavandino per coprire la puzza proveniente dalla rete fognaria. Le stanze sono collocate sopra una discoteca, dove ogni sera c'è un rumore pazzesco fino a mezzanotte. Il rimbombo rende impossibile riposare. Dulcis in fundo: l'acqua ha avuto due interruzioni in un giorno. Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo albergo, è davvero sgradevole.

Hôtel à éviter, nous avons séjourner 5 jours en groupe, dès à l'arrivée mauvaise attribution des chambres, on nous attribué des chambres avec lits doubles alors qu'on avait demandé des lits simples, en cinq jours aucun ménage n'a été fait, une odeur d'égouts se dégage des chambres, moisissures dans la salle de bains, aucune isolation impossible de dormir car on entend le bruit de la musique ainsi que le bruit des voitures et des klaxons sans arrêt et pour finir ils voulaient nous facturer une chambre avec un lit simple à un prix exorbitant! Pas du tout commercial!

Havlular, yatak kılıfları, mobilyalar çok pis, tuvalet kokuyor, odalar çok küçük, şansınıza su çok az ya da çok falza geliyor.. Kahvaltı da güzel değildi. Tek üyi özelliği merkezde olması. Tuvalet-oda çok küçük. Gereksiz sandalyeler var, odayı daha da küçültmüş (bazılarında hiç yok..)

Biz ramazan bayramı sebebi ile rezervasyonumuzu 1 ay öncesinden yapmıştık. 2 oda, 3 gece, toplam 4 kişilik konaklama şeklinde ayarlamıştık. Birçok yorum okuduk. Olumlu-olumsuz yorumları dikkate aldık ve dedik ki haydi gidelim. Öncelikle otelde ilk baktığımız mantık zaten uyumaya gideceğiz çok iyi bir şey olmasına gerek yok şeklindeydi. Lakin yine de 4 kız olarak güvenli ve temiz olması bizim için önemliydi. Tuğhan otel bu konuda ***et yeterli. Konumu muhteşem. Sadece o sebeple bile tercih edilir. Eski Mardin'in tam ortasında. Bu sebeple biz gezerken otele uğrayacağımız durumlarda çok rahattık. Otopark mevcut değil, o bölgede genel olarak otopark yok. Otelden 500 metre gerisinde kapalı otopark var. Onun dışında şanslıysanız yol kenarına park edersiniz. Bayram veya tatil sezonu dışında rahat yer bulursunuz. Otelin çalışanları gerçekten ilgili. Bizim her türlü ihtiyacımıza cevap verdiler. (Buna havaşla iletişime geçmek de dahil) Tüm bunların dışında f/p olarak çok çok iyiydi. O bölgede diğer otellere kıyasla oldukça uygun fiyatlı konakladık. Biz genel olarak tavsiye ediyoruz.

Odada inanılmaz bir koku vardı resmen lağam yada wc gibi kokuyordu odayı değiştirebilir miyiz diye sorduğumuzda hepsi aynı dediler ve en iyi odayı size verdik dediler halbuki 2 büyük yataklı odada rezervasyon yaptık onlar 1 adet küçük ve 1 adet büyük yataklı odayla değiştirdiler bizim için daha iyi olacağını söylediler kokudan dolayı odayı temizlik yaptılar ama yine koku hala devam ediyordu 2 gün boyunca kötü kokuya maruz kalıp o şekilde kaldık. Otelin iyi yönü tam caddede olmasıydı .

Bu otele dikkat edin. Caddeden yürüyorduk arkadaşımla beraber. Bir anda lavaboyu kullanmak istedik. Çok kibar, ezile, büzüle rica ettik lavaboyu kullanabilirmiyiz diye. Kapıdaki bayan çok kibar ve anlayışlı bir şekilde tabiki dedi. Sonra içeride resepsiyondaki erkek çok sert sorgular yargılar bir şekilde. Bu otelde mi konakliyirsunuz dedi. Hayır dedik. Hadi burayı kullanamazsiniz çabuk gidin burdan diyip bizi kovdu. Ne yapacağımızı şaşırdık şok olduk. Biz düzgün insanlariz hayatımda ilk defa böyle bir muameleye ugradim. Yaklaşık olarak 45 ülke gezdim. Dünyanın hicbir yerinde böyle bir şey görmedim. Kendini sevip saygı duyan biri lütfen bu otelde konaklamasin. Helede bayan gezgincileri şiddetle uyarıyorum. Bizi ağırlamaya kalkan bayanada gözlerini devire devire bakti.
