前台小哥笑眯眯開開心心的接待大家，早飯也能吃飽吃好。

Even though we went to Mardin during bad weather conditions, the hotel staff and manager Mr. Tarık welcomed us wonderfully. Even though we were stranded on the road in blinding fog and heavy rain, they welcomed us from the road and immediately offered us hot tea to make us comfortable and happy. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, thank you very much 🙏🏼.. We are planning to go again in the spring, we will never stay in another hotel.. We were very pleased and comfortable.. We couldn't say goodbye to Mr. Tarık when we left, but we send endless love to everyone from here. I send my greetings again.. This world is turning around for the sake of such beautiful and good people, I'm glad to have you 🙏🏼 Thank you so much for your help on behalf of my aunt and me🙏🏼

Ailecek kaldığımız çok güzel bir konak otel. Aynı zamanda eski Mardin'de şehrin kalabalığından uzak rahat bir nefes alabileceğiniz tarihi bir yapı. 3 gece konakladık, uygun fiyatı, sınırsız kahvaltı ve içecek imkanlarıyla çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle otelin müdürü Mustafa bey tüm misafirlerine çok ilgili, her isteğimizi hemen halletti sağolsun. Eylül veya Ekim aylarında tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz. Yine adresimiz Fairouz Konak hotel.

Otel çok güzel ama asıl etkileyici olan müthiş çalışanlara sahip olması ✨ Bölgenin misafirperver kültürünü benimsemiş çok tatlı insanlardı. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyorum🙏 ürünler lezzetli ve doyurucuydu. Kahvaltısı geleneksel Türk kahvaltısı.

Lovely, clean hotel. Rooms were well equipped with toiletries and slippers. Beautiful building with such character set on many different levels. Great buffet breakfast, with many traditional choices and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend- thank you

Fakat gelecek olan bilmeli ki Otopark büyük sıkıntı oluyor . Bunu haricinde kahvaltı iyi ve yeterli . 3 ayrı oda tutmuştuk . Bir tanesi kalınmayacak derecede lağım kokuyordu . buna çözüm bulunmalı .
