Zero. It used to be my favorite in Mardin and I was always going there whenever I go to Mardin. This time, I was with my partner and it was at 4 am, the receptionist told us we have to reserve 2 rooms because we're not married and we need a marriage certificate. I told him I have been there with my couple always and no one asked this from us, plus the law of Turkey doesn't ask this especially when you are a foreigner. I guess he wanted to take the opportunity of the time and situation so we have to reserve two rooms. Anyways this was the last time I will be going to that hotel again.

I have been here for 5nights and 1 more to go. Great location in the middle of the old city Mardin. Can see many things at walk-in distance. The hotel manager Veysi is very helpful with information, sight seeing suggestions etc. the room was superb. No complains at all. The other staff Shemuz & Ahmed were also very polite and helpful. Always smiling and checking on me if I needed something. Watermelon treats at the top terrace was fabulous in the evenings. Highly recommend this hotel.

In general, I like the attitude of the hotel owners, but the bathrooms could be a little cleaner. But I can say that it is the best hotel in Mardin where I like to stay because of the view.
