Enjoyed a great experience and also tried a room service breakfast.

They gave me the wrong room type, and even though they compensated me, it was still a very frustrating experience. Every Ritz I've stayed at has had problems, so I'd advise avoiding them.

Great views and a fantastic balcony! The hotel itself feels a bit old-fashioned, almost retro, but I actually love that style. Everything was very clean.

The hotel is a bit old. The parking lot across the street is safe and cheaper than the hotel's.

Great hotel

The hotel maintains the expected quality of its brand. The rooms are clean and tidy. The restaurant staff is friendly and professional. We didn't use the hotel's expensive valet. The staff also thoughtfully pointed out the nearby public parking. We didn't have time to play the complimentary hour of pickleball. The à la carte breakfast at Cast & Plow Restaurant was exquisite and delicious. Next door is the largest man-made marina in the United States, which is worth a visit.

The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey was a perfect stay for my bestie. The hotel is elegant and the ocean view room is refreshing. Although the room service was a little delayed, the hotel sincerely waived it. The food was the icing on the cake. Every dish was exquisite and delicious. Every moment spent with my bestie was full of laughter and left unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for travelers who seek luxury and comfort.

It was just so-so, not good value for money, the food was both bad and expensive!

The hotel is very beautiful, and the scenery outside is also nice. It still has the specifications of an old five-star hotel, but the rooms are not big and the soundproofing is not good. Valet parking is charged separately without prior notice. Although breakfast is included, you are only given a 40 yuan credit.

The courier was stolen, the credit card was used fraudulently, and the hotel kept delaying.
