Relaxation, beautiful views, excellent service, calming environment...stayed for a special birthday celebration. When we entered our room, chilled bubbles and strawberries awaited us. Each staff member was kind, professional and made us feel welcomed. We WILL be back.

Stayed here a few times and this stay was the best so far, newly renovated room was great, room service was good but it did take a while to receive my order, beautiful property, very clean and the weather was perfect! I would recommend hiring more bell staff we did have a short wait for a ride to the restaurant, but a special recognition to Jaslin, from a very friendly greeting, to a professional check in, and the great hospitality she provided during our stay! We will definitely be returning soon.

The beach is gorgeous. But this isn't the upscale resort that it is marketed as. The facilities are old and rundown. The "suites" are pretty small, and the amenities are not all that.

All staff and service is stellar and I rate them a 10 out of 10. Regarding the guests - it seems there must have been a really good deal (i.e. $60/night?) somewhere, as I was not familiar with the caliber of folks that stayed this time around. The Sanctuary is a 5 star establishment and should attract such behavior and manners and courtesy to fellow guests.

Delicious lunch, attentive service and great vibe at Salt Wood Kitchen…followed by a visit to the Sanctuary Spa. Even though we live on the peninsula we hadn’t been here for a lunch and spa treatment before. Our therapists Venice and Karen were excellent! The spa is very relaxing even though it may be small in size. Highly recommend booking a massage with one of these very qualified therapists you will leave rejuvenated!
