The room was nice, big and nice, but there was no breakfast. When I made the reservation, breakfast was included, but the front desk said they never had breakfast, only coffee and juice. I felt I was deceived by Ctrip’s introduction.

I really enjoyed how nice and clean and quiet it was. The room was spacious and loved the view from my room. The staff were friendly. It's in a great location, close to the freeway and shopping center.

Remodel room very clean stores to get something quick to eat near by
My son lives in Monterey so i travel once a month to monterey i found a safe and quiet clean place to stay with my daughter after driving for 5 hrs beds are incredibly soft.

Our stay was amazing!! This hotel was not located in the most scenic area of town but the facility itself was so nice. We stayed in the suit option that had two king sized beds and a pull out twin bed and we had more than enough space for our family of four. The room was really clean (and smelled clean) and the restroom and shower were great! You can tell the hotel was remodeled not too long ago. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!

Rooms are clean. The area is nice and quiet for a family vacation. Enjoyed my stay with two king size bed. Had issue with cable but that was resolved quickly. Enjoyed the free orange juice and coffee service at the lobby area. The view was excellent.

We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and wanted a hotel between Carmel and Monterey since we were married in Carmel but stayed in Monterey. This hotel was perfect, about 15 minutes to Carmel and very close to the Wharf and Cannery Row. The hotel is clean with a friendly staff, no charge for parking and the room was a good size.

The room was excellent, clean and quiet. Very close to the beach and the staff are very professional, polite and friendly. Highly recommend.
