The room is large, but the laundry room is too busy and the dryer always fails to dry, so washing clothes is still a problem. But this is the only hotel with self-service laundry service nearby.

Didn't think this was a 4 star hotel, which is very misleading. The service was not very good. After staying for three days, the room was not cleaned even one day. It is still a brand hotel owned by Marriott. It is really incomprehensible. Apart from being relatively new, there is nothing remarkable about it.

The hotel is pretty good and very close to Windsor, but the streets are full of people of color. The alleys are dirty and messy. When I checked online, I found the city with the highest crime rate in the UK, which was shocking.
