"It’s a bit far from T5, misleading the name of hotel Holiday Inn Express T5. I expected it to be in the T5 building like the one at T4. Breakfast can be improved with more fruits and pastries. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working well. Could not achieve the set temperature below 20 deg C."

"After a long journey, from landing to clearing customs, and then struggling to find the bus stop, we were freezing while waiting for our transfer 🥶. We finally arrived at the hotel past 11 PM. The front desk staff were super friendly and helped us check in smoothly, also giving us all the details about breakfast 👍🏽. The hotel is clean and tidy! Our room even had a heater, which was a real lifesaver for us after arriving so late and being out in the cold for so long. It felt incredibly warm and welcoming!"
