"Facilities: The room was a bit cold. The central air conditioning wasn't working well. The hotel provided a heater, but it was still chilly! Cleanliness: Not good. Ambiance: It's not far from the airport, which was convenient for an early morning flight. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel is clean and a short cab ride away from the train station. It was £15 to check in early which felt a little expensive but after a long drive we decided to pay. It would be nice if this could be a benefit for loyalty to the hotels. Unfortunately, the alarm went off in the early hours and continued for over an hour which meant that we did not get a good night’s sleep. A breakfast voucher would have been appreciated for the inconvenience."

"Only two bus stops from terminal five on bus 7. And you can order a shuttle from the hotel to the airport for only ten pounds. Fast service at check in and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Recommend for solo travels."

"The hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again."

"Love the hotel. Staffs very friendly and service minded. They have free car park only under 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes walk to train station. Great location plus I got gin tonic as a welcome drink Superb!"

"I chose this hotel again primarily for its convenient location, with a supermarket and various eateries nearby. The hotel also has a fitness center, which is perfect for someone like me who needs to work out. The only downside is that they seem understaffed. The reception has been merged with Moxy, and now they can't keep up with housekeeping. I hope this improves next time!"

"The hotel is very very very remote. It is estimated that there is no more remoteness in the place of slough. There are no street lights outside at night, and it is close to the main road. It is dangerous to walk out. The clerk service is very welcoming, and there will be a lot of help. Room facilities are general and the lighting is dark. The breakfast was very good, there were not many cold meals for the buffet, but there was a free hot meal and it tasted good."

"We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely."
