"The main advantage is its proximity to Terminal 5, though you'll need to take an airport shuttle, which takes about ten minutes. It's clean and tidy, and the room isn't small. The breakfast is a huge plus, perfect for catching an early flight afterwards. Perhaps because of its affordable price, it seems to have a high occupancy rate, as checking in took a bit longer."

"Very old basic rooms stains on duvet cover.Basic accommodation and rooms nothing like that advertised on site.Definately need a car as I walked from train station with a bag.Reception staff friendly enough at check-in.Appears to have an in-house bar and Indian restaurant along with wedding venue for Indian wedding/party's. Would I stay again... Definitely not!"

"I stayed at the Slough Central Premier Inn for 7 nights in June, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was unbearably hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working. I reported the issue as soon as I arrived, but it took 5 days for anything to be done. Every day I was told, “We’re fixing it,” or that the system was overworked because of the hot weather. That is not an acceptable excuse when guests are paying for a comfortable stay. I couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep, and the advertised Good Night Guarantee meant nothing in practice. The customer service was extremely poor. The manager and reception staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in resolving the problem or offering any form of compensation or alternative solution. To make matters worse, my room was cleaned only once during my entire 7-night stay. For a stay of that length, this is completely unacceptable.and the they left the stained bedsheets I’ve attached a picture aswell. Overall, the hotel was badly managed, and the staff appeared unprofessional and unwilling to help guests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this Premier Inn and will never return. The picture is after the cleaning"
