Total rip off, we got there during night. Had to pay extra for Air Con and when I went to the room there was 2 single beds in a room and a sofa bed in living room. I had paid for a room for 4 people. I'm a man and was expected to share a sofa bed with a one of my daughters. We had to let one of the daughters stay in another room with my sister and her family. It was hot in the living room at night and no air con in living rooms just in bedroom. I asked for a fan to use and again they charged me about £50 to hire a fan for living room. It was very old and dated anyway and had lots of ants in the room. Do not waste your money they are a total rip off.

The room was very nice, and staff was polite and fun. Hotel rooms were clean and the food was great, we had a great time staying at the Alenz Suite hotel and would recommend anyone with small children as there is entertainment and slides for all ages.

Rooms are big, cleaned upon request. Food is nice recommend the steak. Staff are lovely and very friendly.Cocktails delicious and fair price ! Entertainment team was doin everything u ask for . We will be back next summer !

First time at alenz suite hotel and The rooms were clean service was nice food was really nice entertainment was really good chuckie n sniper done a excellent job . Gogo the waiters always nice to us and helpful . Bar and restaurant manager helped also us lots

Second time we visiting alenz suite and we love the place ! Staff always welcoming and friendly . Service good . Food delicious ! Rooms are big and everything u need for .. entertainment team chuckie and sniper always make our holiday . We already booked for May 2024 ..

Modern, well serviced rooms in a typical Mediterranean family resort with pool, restaurant and nightly entertainment within a short walk of the beach. Local shops, bars and restaurants provide excellent choice.
Only criticism would be the marble stairs throughout, which while spectacular, are extremely slippery when wet. 4 ⭐

We had 2 bedrooms.. 2 showers which was a night mare .. bathroom was a death trap .. water over load .. had to put towels down to stop us from slipping... rooms very tired ... fridge leaked ... overall not very clean ... not what you see on the Internet..on a plus side chuck is a real gentleman .. he arranged am anniversary and a birthday party for my friend and his wife ...

- don’t visit peak season -over crowded -pool cloudy and rammed - staff were rude - food average -entertainment repetitive - air con only in 1 room - very expensive -atmosphere never gets going as entertainment is just a rolling money making timetable which is very loud and repetitive -check your bill! - Chuckie and the excursion guy both over share and are unprofessional -John was kind -flew home early -tried to talk to my husband on the balcony one evening but there was a staff bedroom next door to us with a smashed window so we could hear him and he could hear and see us. -you may be love it and it might be everything you want! -wasn’t for us and will never return to marmaris

I would have given 0 stars if I could. I booked for 4 adults and when I tried to check in 4 adults I was refused unless I paid an extra £15 per person (£120 for 4 nights) for 2 guests as they were Turkish. Even though I booked for 4 adults they would not let them stay unless I paid more. When trying to speak to resolve this I got no where with the hotel manager as well they refused to even listen. Hotel certainly was not worth the money already paid and I was not able to get a refund. This was just a MONEY GRAB for extra money. Stated it was their hotel policy but was not advised until checking in and did not state on booking website!!
