"Full disclosure: This was a last minute holiday for us booked 2 days before travel and staying from 5th - 12th September 2026. We are staying in room 1335 which is a refurbished room. There is a section of the hotel that is still as it was 20+ years ago according to some other guests. Room was clean and a good size, bed comfortable, shower was hit and miss, went from hot to very cold. On arrival there were two men fist fighting outside. Then during the week a whole family were removed from the hotel 🤣 by the Police, I didn’t see why. Lots of guests aren’t the sharpest knife in the drawer but equally some really nice people with manners too. Now the facilities: There are enough sun beds if you travel in September but only just and you have to get up at 7am to secure one in the sun. Some sun beds are fully in the shade for half the day so choose your bed carefully. The pools are clean and clear and there was plenty of space for the number of people in September. I doubt this would be the case in August. We went to the beach two days, it’s a 30 minute walk from the hotel. Pool Slides: The slides are only open twice a day for an hour. 10-11 and 3-4pm - which I find odd. Food: the lunchtime food served by the pool is actually good although always the same. The evening food is poor, very similar every day too but chicken is cooked til dry. If you arrive late in the evening, you will get soup, nothing more. Aircon: only in your rooms and loosely in the restaurant. Everywhere else, lobby, etc no aircon. Their alcohol included is branded but the cocktails are very weak, you can pay and get strong ones. The entertainment team are lovely and work really hard and give a varied offering. The reception staff are really helpful especially when you repeatedly shut your room card in your room 😳. If you turn left out of the hotel and walk up to the end of the road, a but stops every 15 mins and takes you to the Marina for 50L or you can take a taxi from 450L to 1000L (high price if you don’t know how to barter!) It’s classed as a 4-star but I’d give it 3 because of the clientele (present company excluded 🤣) and facilities. Also note that in this hotel smokers can smoke anywhere and it’s absolutely gross. If I had my time again I wouldn’t book this hotel and I wouldn’t travel here again."

"Solo traveller but first trip to turkey, would come back again. Nice and Clean hotel love the decor!, friendly staff hotel staff, 15/20 min walk from central shops and bars easy enough to find way around after a few walks into town. Food was also nice."

"The refrigerator doesn't cool, the metal parts are moldy, the air conditioning is so-so, the balcony is tiny like being on a bus, and they've put in black glass, it made us feel gloomy, you can't see anything when you sit down, the toilet is a disaster, you can't close the door and undress, your head will hit the door, so you have to undress with the door open, the pillows are made of fiber, hats off to anyone who can sleep on them, the thermos is moldy inside, the room looked like it had been renovated, there were two holes, it was very funny, the breakfast was good, the pool is small, there were no negative things about the staff, I think those who give this place 4-5 stars don't know what a holiday is. It's in the 5000 range just because it's in Marmaris, but that's too much. Compared to other hotels, the price was reasonable, that's why I chose it, but I won't come again."

Club Anastasia - Family Hotel

"We’ve just spent two fantastic weeks at Club Anastasia as a family of eight, and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The apartments were clean, spacious and well-equipped for self-catering, with housekeeping doing a great job throughout our stay. The pools were excellent, with plenty of space for both adults and children. A special mention has to go to Hannah from the entertainment team. She was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay and was amazing with our kids, making them feel included and ensuring they had a brilliant time every day. Her enthusiasm, kindness and energy really stood out and made our holiday even more enjoyable. The location is ideal—close enough to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, with supermarkets like Migros nearby, making self-catering really easy. What really made the holiday special, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, creating a relaxed, family atmosphere from the moment we arrived. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that the Wi-Fi could be improved, but it certainly didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, Club Anastasia offers fantastic value for money and is a brilliant choice for families. We made some wonderful memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!"
