Positive: - great location ...Even if the journey from Dalaman Airport feels lasts forever - delicious food( especially nightly).. Fortunately, without renting a car, you always need a taxi or partly satisfactory, riding water taxi to and back to Marmaris.Cost for taxi A trip 400 TL, Water taxi 200 TL per person A trip. - nice staff - pool/ polarea - prevalent type of fatma( reception) due to complaint/uncleanness of the whole room and screened bathroom. At least clean and throw the dust sock of a guest who was sometime under the bed has nothing happened. Small nerve collapse from my side due to strong disappointment 😞 Free UPGRADE on Suite.. clean and with clothes box!! Thank you ... - AI completely enough, beer, wine etc. ( who books HP or less must expect high costs for food and drink) - cold music all day at the pool - many beds negative: - look at the years of plant. - for 5 stars luxury hotel as indicated, unusual outdoor facilities, defect facilities. 2019 allegedly completely renovated ...I wonder ...WO? .. the suites maybe.But really cost a lot of coal if you book this normal. - Dart/table tennis is very uncharitablely integrated. - I saw photos from 2018 to 2020...has nothing to do with stand Okt.2023. Concluded: thanks to the great sun and the climate at the sea at the pool, I wouldn't come here again. -

I am currently staying at this hotel, and I must say that it left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the design and ambiance of the hotel were simply breathtaking. The sophistication and beauty of the rooms were in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment, creating a truly immersive experience. The location, too, was unparalleled, and the hotel made the best use of its prime position. However, despite these positives, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the service provided by the staff. Communication between the hotel staff and guests was noticeably lacking. Important updates and events were only announced on Instagram, leaving many staff members uninformed about the happenings within the hotel. This lack of coordination resulted in confusion and frustration as we found ourselves unaware of available amenities or the current menu offerings. One of the major drawbacks was the disinterest shown by the staff towards the guests. While the hotel was exclusively for adults, the adjacent beach seemed to attract people from all over, which impacted the serene and exclusive atmosphere. To add to the disappointment, the hotel staff paid little attention to the beachgoers, appearing disengaged and uninterested in catering to their needs. It was disheartening to observe the lack of personal touch and genuine care that should be expected from a luxury establishment. The music experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the pool area offered a perfect and relaxing musical backdrop, the beach area suffered from inconsistencies. On some days, loud disco music with heavy bass blared as early as 8:00 in the morning, disrupting any hopes of tranquility. On other days, pleasant and soothing summery tunes would play, befitting a 5-star relaxation haven. This inconsistency in the musical atmosphere added to the overall inconsistency of the hotel's identity. It is evident that a considerable amount of thought had been put into the hotel's design, but unfortunately, the same level of consideration does not seem to extend to defining what the hotel truly wants to be. Moreover, it is apparent that minimal effort had been invested in training the staff adequately, resulting in a lackluster guest experience. In conclusion, this hotel possesses the potential to be one of the world's finest, thanks to its exceptional location and captivating design. However, it falls short due to poor management and the disruptive activities of neighboring establishments. While I genuinely wanted to love this hotel, the issues with service, communication, and inconsistency left me feeling unsatisfied. With some improvements in management and a focus on training and coordination, this hotel could truly become a world-class destination.

Bayram tatili için arkadaşlarımızla birlikte geldik ve 10 gün kaldık. Biz ( 2 yetişkin+ 4 yaşında çocuk) apartta kalmayı tercih ettik, aparatlar küçüktü ama yeni ve temizdi. Sezonun yeni başlıyor olma sı sebebiyle odayla ilgili bazı teknik aksaklıklar yaşadık ama bunlar işle**e tarafından güleryüzle ve hızla halledildi. Kahvaltıyı oldukça başarılı bulduk yeterli ve kaliteli ürünler kullanılıyor ( biz çer çöp yemeği sevmeyiz, yani burada da ne idüğü belirsiz şarküterilerle dolu bir kahvaltı bulamazsınız) biz gittiğimizde sezon tam açılmadığı ve otelin menüsü yenilendiği için yemek konusunda planlama henüz tam oturmamış gibiydi ama lezzet konusunda oldukça başarılı diyebilirim. Plajda şezlong ve şemsiyeler konforlu, deniz zaten pırıl pırıl ama taşlık, deniz ayakkabısı gerekir. Güzel, küçük bir barı var barda Bade ve Özkan’ın hazırladığı kokteyleri oldukça başarılı bulduk buralarda daha iyisi var mıdır bilmiyorum. Hepsinden önemlisi burada kibar, mesafeli, çözüm odaklı, güleryüzlü bir işle**e sahibi ve çalışanlar var. Aydın, Veysel, Nihat Beylere ve adını unuttuğum herkese teşekkürler.

We stayed in an apartment (or suite) 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, all rooms were beautifully decorated, we had everything we needed. Initially stayed for 5 nights but loved it so much extended to 7 nights. Food is lovely, breakfast is a leisurely affair, ordered lunch by the pool, never ate here in the evening as preferred to go further afield into the Village where there are plenty of lovely places to eat. Service could be a bit hit and miss with the language barrier but we managed to eventually get what we ordered. Like others I almost didn't want to leave a review (?) as we'll be coming back for sure and would like to keep it a bit secret !! It's a very laid back vibe, nothing too much trouble, sat by the pool watching the Mountain goats run down to their keeper (if that's the right word) was happy not to venture out in the day time, just wanted to chill out. Reception would book taxi's for you if needed and they run a free transfer down the hill to the village should you need it - we'd of gone back again in a few weeks if we had the chance but sadly Turkey is now off the list, such a shame, look forward to seeing you at least a couple of times next year - Just perfect !!!!

This hotel is definitely not a 5* hotel, it’s about a 3 at best. Jet2 have even downgraded this place to 4 stars due to its mixed reviews. Let’s start with the room. A good size with all that you need but extremely dated and in need of redecorating. The wallpaper was peeling in some places and the toilet seat had white marks on it. On our first night we weren’t given a blanket for some reason so needed to call down to reception for one. The overthrow on the bed was very old and had dry bits of cotton hanging off it. Air con only went down to 23°c which wasn’t terrible, just took a long time to get cool. Our bed and pillows were comfortable though. They do offer other pillows but there is a hire charge. The mini bar in the room was a nice touch and provided us with water, beer and a selection of soft drinks everyday. However, our cleaners didn’t top up our toiletries for a few days. We needed to ask the cleaner in the morning on day 3 and he seemed a bit annoyed that we asked him. And that brings me onto the main problem with this hotel, the service. Don’t get me wrong, there were a few servers who were genuinely great and attentive but the majority were extremely rude, passive and forgot basic jobs like putting down cutlery when we sat down, or even bringing us drinks - our drinks were forgotten about 3 times during our stay there and that was after we had to signal for someone to come over. We also noticed some servers putting bottles of water down for other guests when they sat down, but completely ignoring me and my wife. My wife is visibly pregnant, and with the weather above 30°, you’d think the servers would have the common courtesy to provide her with water. We didn’t have anyone bring us a drink when we were around the pool yet other guests were brought them. There seems to be some favouritism among the servers and some of the other guests, perhaps they regularly visit the hotel or most likely, tip generously. I have no issue with tipping, especially in countries like Turkey where the local wages are not great. However, I don’t expect to tip to receive basic service. We tip when we feel a server has gone above and beyond. Because the service was abysmal and clearly biased towards certain guests (me and my wife are British Asians) it was hard not to feel frustrated and isolated. I also spoke to other non-white guests in the hotel and they said they felt exactly the same. Everyone in the reviews raved about a guy called Enes but we thought he was extremely rude - he wouldn’t even look at us when taking our order and also made a comment about me going to the bar myself to get a drink. At one point I actually did and he took my order as I was waiting at the bar, then completely forgot about me. There are plenty of reviews from other Turkish people who also felt the same way we did. Good hotel for your money. Pros: - The rooms have recently been refurbished, everything is quite fresh and clean - good gym - warm swimming pool and hammam - breakfast is not luxurious, but very edible Minuses: - no private parking (but out of season you can always find it on the street not far from the hotel) - old and small TVs in the rooms - only cable channels work, no youtube/netflix/Android tv and other internet services - weak water pressure in the shower and a watering can in the shower without modes - I would like to see this in a hotel with a spa prefix :-)

The food ***meat was good, so was the service and cleanliness. Most of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were nice. There is good entertainment at night. The employees are very friendly. I am thinking of coming again in the next holidays.

We were actually booked into a hotel down the road and it was absolutely awful. Luckily we managed last minute to get a room here. The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were all so friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day. Pool area and sunbeds were clean, food was lovely and was an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend. Apparently it has recently had a new owner so could be the reason for past bad reviews. Also, the spa downstairs is great and very reasonable prices!

As I type this a bird is screaming on top of her lungs trying to do karaoke. I mean where do I start. From the cheesy “Turkish night” and I mean they wouldn’t know what a Turkish night is if it hit them on the face, where belly dancers and monkey dance are top of the bill 🤣🤣🤣 to very late nights where music still blaring until 1 o’clock in the morning and the only way to stop it is to ring the receptionist and threaten to call the police. You dread the weekend for that reason. The manager sits at the bar all day stuffing his face and doesn’t care how loud the music is or if you got children you’re trying to put to sleep. When people coming across from the hotel opposite complaining about the noise you know you’re not loosing your mind or being a killjoy. I really thought Marmaris left this kind of thing behind 15 years ago but if boom boom music and cheesy nights are your thing this actually is your perfect place. If you’re brave enough good luck in trying to have a holiday here and I truly wish you all the best with your lives. I would of give it no stars if I could!!!
