Hotel Marbella

Lovely hotel, reception staff lovely, restaurant staff lovely, cleaners lovely, clean hotel throughout. Breakfast loafs to choose from and we had dinner one night and I've gotta say it was the best meal of the week. Unfortunately there is a bar right next door to the hotel that is really loud until early hours of the morning, if it wasn't for that I would definitely go back.

Very good hotel traveled with jet 2 very very good breakfast with the best choice I've ever seen very nice rooms I recommend the sea view room small pool but right on the beach with beach service nearby restaurants and shops a fair walk into town but local dolmus only about 60p

We been coming to Marmaris and Icmeler for over 20 years . I have never been treated so rudely. Please don't ask for a glass of ice to take to your room . It was the way the barman replied. Very Rude We spent and ate many times at the hotel and drinks by the sea . This doesn't matter!!! The hotel and restaurant staff are wonderful work very hard,the two main bar staff at the pool bar are rude. Did receive apologies from restaurant manager with a compliment fruit bowl. Avoid the bar staff who don't want to be there.

From the moment we arrived at Marbella hotel the staff were welcoming. We were met on the steps by the receptionist who was very friendly. Check in was quick and we weren’t disappointed with our room, such a wonderful view of the bay. The rooms very super clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds with extra pillows to hand if needed. There was every attention to detail. The public areas were also equally well maintained, no peeling wallpaper here. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, reasonable choice of hot and cold food plenty of seats inside and outside on the terrace. Lovely outside bar on the seafront which also served snacks. The a la Carte hotel restaurant had an excellent choice of dishes, you could stay for two weeks and not eat the same meal twice, again all of the staff in the restaurant were friendly. The private beach is lovely, plenty of sun beds available. There is plenty to do in the local area, lots of shops and bars and restaurants. The hotel has a lovely family feel which you don’t often get these days. Will definitely visit again.

An end of season 10 day break made perfect by choosing this hotel. All staff without exception friendly and approachable, breakfast was excellent for quality and choice, all areas of the hotel absolutely spotless, decent private beach, towards the end of the promenade so not too noisy at night, food at the a la carte restaurant very good, perfect hotel, we will be back.

Good size room all staff we encountered were so friendly it made us feel so welcome even though it was the end of the season. Didn’t go into pool as beach just over promenade and was plenty of sun loungers available. Breakfast was a fantastic selection and omelette was delicious

We have visited Marmaris many times, staying in from self-catering to 5* all inclusive hotels. Our last stay was 3 weeks at the Marbella hotel in Marmaris. It is located a few meters from its own beach (with Fenhat providing excellent beach/bar service). This is a relatively small hotel and has many returning guests. The owner is there EVERY day and this makes all the difference. The cleanliness is extremely high and the staff are always there to help (with a genuine smile not just "have a nice day"). We stayed on the third floor looking towards Marmaris Harbour. The views are stunning. This is not the best place to stay if you are looking for "lively and loud music ". It is more suitable for a relaxing stay. It is about 45 minutes walk along the seafront to Marmaris Harbour with its large selection of restaurants and closed bazar. If you turn the other direction, within a lovely 90 minute walk, you get to Icmeler, a smaller resort. In short ,a highly recommended, great location and staff and reasonably priced hotel, with our favourite airline Jet2. We will most certainly be returning.

Found this beautiful hotel after having a disaster with the one we first arrived at. We inquired if they had any rooms free for our stay and I'm delighted to say they did. The staff at this hotel are so helpful and happy to help you. The beach is private for hotel guests only and is manned all day. You can get food and drink delivered to your sunbed by the beach attendant. The bar outside the hotel by the pool is manned by friendly staff who for us went our of their way to make the perfect latte for my partner 😁 Breakfast is buffet style and what food I ate was great. The lady who cooks your eggs is a pleasure. Always smiling and by a few days knows how or what you'd like to eat. Waiting staff are cleaning away the plates with speed and keeping the place tidy Hotel cleanliness is on point. The cleaning team are always pottering around cleaning something. They too always smiling and greeting you. A slight downside is that there was only 1 6 slice toaster available. So sometimes you had a bit of a wait for your toast. Also the available tv channels are not great for English only customers unless you like watching endless news from various news channels.

Would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone thinking of booking. Hotel is spotless throughout, breakfast was amazing and plenty of tables to sit at. Rooms were spacious and had really powerful showers. Staff were all friendly and helpful and everything you need is in a short walking distance. Housekeepers always made sure room was clean each day with fresh towels.
