Grand Yazici Club Turban Termal

We have just returned home from this beautiful hotel, I have the hoilday blues and can not wait to book again for next year. The new tea bar is a big hit with me and the coffee corner for my family. The new seating area is a brilliant idea also. Tea/Coffee Corner staff are brilliant and so friendly. Gizem is so lovely, I will miss her cups of tea. They are perfect. The entertainment team is brilliant. We played most of the games throughout the days, darts, water polo, and valley ball, there is three people in the team that do the games.. they are brilliant and really make our holiday. Murat is amazing with the guests at the hotel, He has the whole of the pool bar laughing either in darts or bingo. He is a credit to the hotel and mustafa in the restaurant. He works so hard, he is also a credit to the hotel, all the staff are amazing but just too many to name them all. They all love their jobs and make peoples hoilday perfect. The hotel is so beautiful. Food and drink all day/night and now with a new vegan, gluten-free, it is perfect The only thing I can say about this hotel is.. I can not wait to go back ❤️ Thank you very much. Our 2nd year at this awesome hotel. Our 9th continuous year in Turkey. It is by far our favourite place to stay. The staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. They are like family by the time you leave. Rooms are perfect, so clean and the fridge is always full. Safe is free!! Rooms have brilliant air con and some have a ceiling fan. Sheets changed every other day, or daily if needed. Towels everyday. Facilities are faultless, lots of bars, restaurants and pools catering for all ages. The indoor pool is 45 degrees, the thermal pool is adult only and full of nourishing minerals to aid the body. We used the hairdressers for my ** year old dad. He looked great. They waxed his ears, nose and gave him a facial along with a hair wash and cut. His eyebrows were tidied too ready for the proffesional photographer on site We also used the message area. Very professional from bali. Great ladies, highly recommended. The setting is like paradise, fantastic flowers, trees, beach. Great for kids, coffee corner, lemon cafe and ice cream parlour is a favourite with them too. Security is excellent all over the hotel. The food in all the hotel is the best we have had in 9 years. So much choice. Every night in the main hotel is a theme, so along with a multitude of dishes, you get Italian, Chinese, fresh fish, etc something different each night. We really can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel, except try it for yourself and see!!

Hotel room - We paid extra for a superior double, the room was very spacious however is in need of an update. Old cracks in the walls, floors marked and crack in the sink bit overall the bathroom was much more modern than the room. We didn't mind too much though as were only there to sleep and get ready. Housekeeping - Fantastic service really great cleaning of the room each day and making of beds. Our housekeeper also put some fresh flowers in the room which was such a lovely touch. Food and drinks - excellent choice in the main buffet restaurant, all fresh, really tasty and themed nights every night. Table service for drinks and service was fantastic. Al a carte restaurants- we ate at the steak House and food was good. Guest relations staff are in the al a carte restaurants each night and gice you a survey form to fill out. We put good instead of very good for greeting because we weren't greeted as had to find someone which wasn't a huge issue but hence the good instead of very good and disappointingly the supervisor saw as collected our mains and rudely questioned me on it remarking 'my greeting is only good' he was abrupt and made us feel uncomfortable so we left our desserts. We spoke to guest relations and they provided feedback and an extra al a carte meal for us. We also ate at the Italian which was absolutely fantastic, food was delicious and service was great! You can also eat at the al a carte steak house and Italian for lunch. Snack bar at the food court is good and is made fresh to order. The donner house is fantastic and the best donners we have ever had, so fresh and tasty. Drinks were great and when sat by the pool and seated areas, girls are on roller blades taking drink orders and deliver them to you. Huge shout out to Meliza and Didem who are fantastic! Deniz behind the bar is great, so friendly and funny. Bubble tea van is great, the kids loved it and all included. So is the ice cream which was great and much more than your typical all inclusive ice cream as this was a manned ice cream trolley with plenty of choice either in tubs or cone. Limon cafe was great with a huge selection of cakes and pastries. The coffee corner is amazing, large range of hot and cold coffees to choose from and again all included. Facilities - main pool is great, it's all on depth though so no shallow end for the little ones but there is a separate splash pool next to a park area and the football court. There is also a volleyball and tennis courts. Plenty of beds, great service from Sami who looked after the pool area and looked after us each day! Water slides were great, kids loved them! Entertainment- Staff are great each morning advising what is on that evening, come round to get involved in the different sports through the day like water polo, darts and boules. Evening entertainment was good as the kids disco and also entertainment down at the beach bar which different live bands on which was fantastic. Would recommend spending some

The barmen Ümit and Sinan are the best ever. They work tirelessly to make sure the customer has the best experience. Thank you gentlemen for making our trip the best ever. Resort is superb, we absolutely love it We are so many happy with pool bar

The hotel is stunning and clean. We had a family room which was perfect with a balcony with a great view. The food was brilliant and had a variety for everyone! The waiter staff was so friendly and helpful especially Omer who made sure we had whatever we needed every night. The beach is outstanding. The daily food was great and had so many choices. The pool was a lovely temperature and I liked the fact we always managed to get a sunbed. Never did we not get 1. The kids loved the kids club section and played there most of the time. We are booking to come back same time next year! The only bad thing I quite frankly can only say is that the WIFI is very slow but amazing time with my family!

Turban Hotel is always with good memories! We enjoy staying here with my family in any seoson! With a great beach and a good campus with nature full of birds singing along. We Experience both shows and Kids entertainments and at the same time relaxing and silence. Last year we had a problem with room location, but they immediatly taken action to improve our stay and make a change with good guest relationship response. Food is always good! Good quality shows in the night! We are experiencing even better service this year in room services in seperate villas in the hotel campus. Kids club quality is over the average but you need to check, it is changing every year. Kids are always excited to go to aqua slay pool, kids food court etc. They have a dance festival this year with very busy program. We have not been effected with the program as a hotel guest, even feel lucky to join the music and dance everywhere that we dance with my daughters with a welcoming enviroment! I will review the foods this year as well! My expectations is allways high for Grand Yazıcı Turban!

We are currently staying at the Grand Yazıcı Club and are thoroughly enjoying our experience. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone has been incredibly friendly and attentive. A special shoutout goes to the young man at the buffet, Musa Kanat. His service is truly outstanding—he knows our drink preferences, is always cheerful, and refills our drinks without us even asking. Musa ensures we are well taken care of, and his impeccable service really adds to our enjoyment. The food selection here is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. However, we would love to see the allowance to use the à la carte restaurant extended to more than once per seven days, as the experience is truly delightful and adds to the overall dining pleasure. The only slight downside is that the rooms are a bit dated. However, this is quickly overshadowed by the fantastic service and overall quality of the hotel. The amazing staff make our stay memorable, and we are already looking forward to the rest of our time here. Thank you to everyone at the Grand Yazıcı Club for making our stay so enjoyable!
