Location is good enough if you want to be away from the busy part. Rooms cleaned every day, cleaners are amazing, some of the younger male waiters give the young girls waiter service but no one else, although sun loungers shouldn’t be reserved at 7am people are reserving sun beds, some even take a photo? Go out for half a day and get their bed, pool is only cleaned once a week, the drain grill surrounding the pool is absolutely disgusting, it’s black and never cleaned, probably full of bacteria, There’s only 1 bar by the pool, and the loo is way back into the main building, being a solo by the time you got back someone’s taken your seat by the bar area. I had a room that was for disabled people so the hose was at waste level, with no shower screen behind so the floor resembles a pool afterwards. It’s not a wet room. The room itself although tired was decent enough BUT no tea/coffee making facilities, no English programs on TV and very poor WiFi. Sea View was great but no sun in Nov on rooms #10+ Food was very average, evening meals always the same, hit and miss really whether you will enjoy it or not. I’ve been here 5 days now and yet to see anyone from the staff smile except the cleaners. The beach is a pebble beach so don’t be expecting golden sands. I wouldn’t have rated this hotel as a 4 star, No entertainment whatsoever, Overhearing BS stories from other guests was my entertainment. Would I return? No, but I wouldn’t say it’s the worst place either. Overall I’ve enjoyed the break, the peace and tranquility (being hard of hearing helps)
