Grand Cettia Hotel

Really nice hotel, the staff here are amazing, they can’t do enough for you. Pool area and the bar is great. Lots of all inclusive cocktails to choose from and the drinks are nice. Entertainment team are great, lots to do during the day. Food at dinner and tea changes daily so there is always something nice. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily

Hotel very lively. Clean and tidy. Food a bit hit and miss though. But apparently we were early in the season. Plenty of sun beds but it was starting to get busy. Staff tried to make room for more. Animation team are amazing. Harry, Barney, aqua man you guys are awesome. Plenty on for the kids and adults during the day. And waiter Mustafa, you are worth your weight in gold. An amazing man. What a legend.

My wife and I are currently staying at the Grand cettia hotel after booking last minute for some much need sun. The hotel is is quite compact however there's always somewhere to sit and if you are up at a reasonable time you will find a sunbed. What really makes this hotel are the entire team, the Entertainment is absolutely fantastic and always want to chat and keep everyone entertained. Food is fine as long as you are willing to try Turkish cuisine and not just chips and burgers. There rooms are a good size and cleaned very well. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone but please, please, please have respect for all the hardworking team, don't leave your cups all over the floor, plates with half chewed food just dumped on the side and a "Thankyou" goes a long way. A special mention to Mikeyy, Loki and Harry from the entertainment team who have gone out their way to make us feel welcome and have taken the time to sit and chat with us. Also a special shout out to Mustafa who has really looked after us this week, plying us with drinks and made us feel welcome. A fantastic experience that has been made extra special by so many of the hotel team.

Rooms very nice staff are very friendly and the entertainment are brilliant there is a large variety of food served all day the cleaners come round every day to stock up the toilet rolls waters and change the towels my balcony had sea views and the gym was okay too

I love Mr.Happy I love this place entertainment is excellent very kid friendly food lovely bar waiter sebo amazing man pool activities very exiting for adault and kid good recommend anyone to come kids clup definitely perfect rooms very clean we will come back next time

entertainment team are very friendly and interactive the hotel is very clean the food could do with some inprovements but there is something for everyone . Harry and Loki the entertainer is very funny and annoying 🤣 Turkish night was amazing .it gets chilly at night so make sure you take a cardigan

It seems impossible to describe this hotel and staff in a few words. It's my first time in Turkey, and Marmaris is one of the most beautiful places ever. The hotel is amazing, and the staff, especially Harry, Taha from the pool bar, and the entire restaurant team, are incredible. Special thanks to Taha from the bar, who always ensures that the guests are fully satisfied. The whole hotel and service are like a little paradise, and I'm already thinking about coming back after just two days. TAHA, thank you so much for looking after us so well, you are amazing.

Don't known where to start...actually I do, I will start by writing a GENUINE review unlike all the other (shocking in my opinion) positive reviews you will read here which aren't genuine at all!! I was approached a couple of times by a female member of the animation team asking almost begging in a desperate way for a positive review, she literally told me what to write and like me all the guest were asked too. I decided not to listen to her and here I am writing my most honest, genuine review as this is the whole purpose of writing one...anyway... the staff works very hard and is quite obvious...but I don't think the same for the management...there is some potential in this hotel but everything is going downhill..unfortunately. The food is below average... hygiene and cleanness don't belong to this hotel from the room to the restaurant and any other area really. The air-conditioning in the room turns on but doesn't cool down, it's fake! Bring your own dyson to clean your room because the "housekeeping" ladies will not. At least 6 months old dust was found by myself by only rubbing the finger on the headboard of the bed, now that's not hard to reach place so no justification, floor was never hoovered nor moped, my wife's hair in the toilet were never cleaned!! towels replaced only twice in 10 days! Bedsheets changed twice, 1 microscopic handsoap bar for the whole 10 days! The shower head wouldn't stay up I had to use some sellotape to keep it in place (good water pressure though) The hotel is not looked after and literally is falling apart! Rooms are very dated. The photos you see are misleading and don't reflect the current state of the hotel. I've been travelling extensively in Turkey in the last 15 years and never came across anything like this! So I know what I am talking about. In conclusion please dont waste you money you worked hard to earn at Grand Cettia there is way better value for your money in Marmaris and in Turkey in general... I'll obviously share my experience and tell family and friends... We'll not be coming back.

Here for 10 days and so far brilliant 🤩, rooms, hotel, food and entertainment team especially Harry is all amazing 👍, can’t fault this place at all, amazing for kids and adults so much to do for the whole family. 💯 recomend staying here!!!!
