We arrived late, we booked in and was shown our ground floor room which was very small for three adults we had two single beds, and one pull out bed which was very unsuitable for my granddaughter as she is tall and her legs was sticking out of the bed / chair. I phoned reception and told them this is not what we booked, she said it was only for one night we will sort it out tomorrow. We also found out the patio lock was broken as well so this was unlocked all night I complained about the door to the woman on reception and she put the phone down on me. So I went to reception to be told, we will sort it out tomorrow she was very unprofessional, and basically told me we cannot do anything till tomorrow it looked like to me they didn't have the room I booked. We had a very uncomfortable night with the door being unlocked, we did not feel safe. The next day we saw a new younger receptionist who was very helpful when I told her what had gone off the night before we had too wait a few hours before we was given a better room. I can say the hotel deor was a bit dated and looking tired with wallpaper peeling off in places. I can highly recommend the restaurant all the staff in there are great and very helpful. The beach area was ok but the hand rail going into the sea was broken at the base and was not stable, my wife had a bad fall coming out of the sea, she badly bruised her upper arm, a member of the restaurant staff saw this and rushed down and got a bag of crushed ice so it would soothe the injury I reported this to reception again. And they didn't do anything about it. I found out that three others had fallen down as well, I reported all this to my travel Operator . And they will be looking in to it. Overall the receptionist on the night shift was very rude towards and was not very helpful.

Amazing hotel, fabulous food and drink. The staff were super friendly and nice also helpful. The beach was perfect and the hotel room was great. Nice small hotel with everything you could possibly need and a great location for restaurants and bars and also to get to other parts of Marmaris. The breakfast was good, and also lunch and dinner was great price and good portions. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone and we can’t wait to return

The hotel is sea-facing with idyllic views and its own private beach. There are always plenty of sunbeds. There is a beautiful peaceful garden at the rear of the hotel with two pools. The hotel is situated halfway between Marmaris marina and Icmeler in a quieter part of Marmaris. The restaurant looks out to the sea with magnificent views of the surrounding area. Breakfast is available from 8am to 10am. The breakfast fare is good but limited. You can have a freshly cooked omelette which is delicious. My wife and I had a tasty evening meal in the restaurant on several occasions. The meals and drinks are competitively priced. Service is generally ok but the waiters can be a bit overfamiliar at times. Although the hotel is quiet the restaurant tends to play dance type music throughout the day. This can be annoying more especially in the evening when trying to enjoy a relaxing meal. Our room looked out over the sea with fabulous views of the bay and the surrounding hills. The balcony was large but it can get very hot as it receives the sun for most of the day. The bed was big and comfortable. The room, bathroom and shower are all a good size. It was quiet at night. There are a few maintenance issues which need addressing. eg. loose ladder in the pool and a loose rail which leads into the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the Orsmaris Hotel. It is ideal if you are looking for a quieter stay in the Marmaris area.

Just returned from an excellent holiday at the Orsmaris. Having read many of the reviews on Tripadvisor, I got an accurate impression of what to expect. As with any hotel, it is alway possible to pick fault, however there is little that could be improved on here. All the fundamentals are correct. Stunning location right on it's own small, but private beach. Always enough sunbeams so never a need to try and save one. If sitting around the pool is your preference then the hotel has 2 small pools situated in a very well kept garden with lemon trees, & scented flowers. Again plenty of sunbeds and also several pleasant shaded area's which I found ideal relief from the sun or to read in. From the moment I arrived here, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Hotel staff are all friendly and cannot do enough to ensure you have an enjoyable time. The bar / restaurant area is overlooking the stunning sea views. Included breakfast is the usual continental offering although the chef is making the best omelettes I've ever had. I did notice the staff going the extra mile to fulfil any special requests guests had for breakfast. We ate often at the hotel for lunch and dinner. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced as are the drinks. We paid extra for the sea view which was well worth the additional cost. Worth mentioning that sea view rooms get the full force of the morning sun on the balcony which may be too hot for some. Rooms are cool with a good air conditioning system which allowed for good sleep. Non sea view rooms overlook the rear pools & gardens so still have a great view and more shade on their balconies. Hotel is very clean and the rooms comfortable. Items that could be improved on are the bathrooms are a little dated and would benefit from refreshing. It appears that we stayed in the original building and there is a newer, additional building where I assume the bathrooms are obviously younger. Rooms are equipped with a fridge but oddly no kettle which I was surprised about. Bring a travel kettle if, like me, you want a cuppa in your room. As others have mentioned, there are no lifts here so please bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. I struggled to hump our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs as we arrived when no one was available to assist. In summary, this hotel is a real gem with all the essential ingredients for a relaxed holiday. It is not geared up for a wild party time if thats your preference. I experienced a superb holiday here in no small way due to the outstanding staff at the hotel. I have already booked to return next year so guess that is the best recommendation I can give.

We just returned from the orsmaris boutique hotel 5 night stay short break to celebrate my brothers birthday 5 adults. I have visited Marmaris many many times and I normally stay at the grand yacizi Marmaris palace when I come with my wife and children. Orsmaris was located close to there so to be familiar with the area and the stunning views I decided to book to stay at the orsmaris boutique hotel following the positive reviews. This is a dated and sub standard hotel. On arrival we were greeted by a female at the reception and given our room keys it did not feel very welcoming at all and a negative vibe we had to wait till the morning to see where we had landed. The accommodation was terrible I have stayed in dalaman area many times usually at Marmaris palace. This trip was to celebrate my brothers birthday and the 5 of us were travelling together for the first time we choose the B&B option and orsmaris boutique hotel based on reviews and location and on the basis that we would be out and about most of the day. We booked as 5 adults asked for single beds and booked two rooms on arrival I was shown the room that I would be sharing with two of my brothers in the far corner of the room was a pop up bed with a hard mattress. I got the short straw and ended up with this bed I had a very uncomfortable first night I spoke with the reception who didn’t seem interested at all nor did they make any effort to change the situation I then reached to jet2 via whattsapp they told me to speak with the agent that visits the hotel. Onur was brilliant he listened and investigated visited the room took pictures and spoke with the female receptionist she offered to move us to a different room for a charge this room would have one double bed and a single. I was not willing to pay extra the second issue I discovered was that they had allocated my other brothers a room on the forth floor this hotel has no lifts my older brother requires the use of a ventilator for when he sleeps this was becoming too much for him to climb so many steps just to get to his room. I was told that they would provide a mattress topper to increase the height of the bed. They also offered to move my brother to a different room on the ground floor but this was not until the next day. The next day I notice insect bites all over my body and legs this could only have come from the bed and mattress. Very disappointed with this accommodation Bathroom was filthy it just got to a point where we just couldn’t wait to get out of there and spent most of our time out and away from the hotel. The breakfast was just boring same stuff everyday and whatever that was it was not orange juice. The hand Rail on swimming pool was loose and rattled when you got in and out health and safety and this hotel does not exist. It really is a shame as this is a prime location the views are lovely and a short walk up the seafront gives you a reality check with a string of 5 star resorts including grand yacizi Marma
