2nd time there this year loved it, highly recommend, rooms are basic, cleaned every day, what can I say about the staff the guy's are just the best, so attentive to the guests do anything for you and the nicest guy's you could meet love them all, this is my forever place ❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing time staying here, When we first arrived there was some confusion about our booking but the staff were amazing and assured us everything would be ok and gave us 2 rooms while we were waiting and after a few days it was sorted. The entertainment staff were so friendly especially Mustang who was in charge of the entertainment Robin and Dennis who all went above and beyond to make our holiday. The food is great we never had a bad meal and the pizzas are delicious. We have been to Marmaris 3 times now and can honestly say that this is the best place we have stayed. Would definitely recommend and have tried to book for next year but is fully booked which goes to show how popular green park is.

Best wee apartments in Marmaris from food to cleanliness staff management in general can’t fault it,loved everything about it 5stars from me and my grandson,everyone so helpful and entertainment day and night x

Original impressions not great as allocated a 4th floor attic room, complete with sloping ceilings. However, mangement were happy to move us to the second floor the following day with no issues. New room very spacious but basic and in need of an upgrade. What really made the holiday were the staff - what an amazing bunch of people. So friendly, talented and attentive and the staff show at night needs to be seen to be believed. Had 2 great treatments in the spa but don't let the glossy brochure fool you - the one in Greenpark doesn't look like that but a great experience all the same. A major drawback though is noise from the bar next door - don't plan on sleeping between 9pm and 12.30am! 2for1 drinks are a con - you end up paying just as much. Plenty of restaurants but felt bullied into making a booking at some. Booked one trip via a local agent to Dalyan, turtle beach and mud bath - terrific value for money at £15 each for a 10 hour day with a lunch included. Not sure if I would return to Marmaris - a bit too "Blackpool" for us but might give other part of Turkey a try.

First time staying at green park have to say had the best holiday the staff are so friendly and treat you like family we had a room on the 4th floor which I had difficulty walking up stairs asked to be moved and was moved straight away to a ground floor room.Rooms have everything you need they were cleaned every day and fresh towels daily by the lovely cleaning lady.well what can I say about Dennis and Robin 2 of the most nicest guys u could meet go above and beyond for anything you need my daughter's birthday was while we were there and they kindly made her a birthday cake entertainment was great and the entertainment staff and all the staff were amazing will definitely stay here again loved it thankyou green park for a wonderful holiday

Just back from a week here just me and my 16 year old son i cannot fault this place from strart to finish i felt nothing but safe and comfortable. We arrived at 2.30 am and were staving the bar was still open and they even offerd to make us something to eat. The rooms are basic but clean with everything you need even a hairdryer the cleaner was in my room everyday. Iv visited marmaris for over 20 years and never have i spent so much time in the hotel the people were just so nice and such a lovely atmosphere most people there had been visiting for years. Food is realy nice a little more expensive than outside but still reasonable overall amazing holliday cant thank the staff enough all ready looking to book for next year xxxx

We have been coming to marmaris for the last 13 years and can say this was our worst experience ever. We arrived at 530am after delays to be put in room 407 what I could say is horrendous there was numerous things wrong with this room so went down stairs to staff to be told you have to wait to change rooms it definitely wasn't suitable even if you sleep and get ready in these rooms only We was eventually put in room 317 the location of this room also wasn't ideal but was much better than previous it was right above amores bar so very loud at night also the back part of the hotel was never cleaned it was full of cat faeces not the best, cats roaming around the hotel and on the stairs whilst going up to your rooms sometimes getting in the rooms sleeping on the apparent clean bedding disgusting. The cleaners and reception guy at night with grey hair where the best thing about this hotel, the other members of staff would mither you or give you narky comments if you was going out at night and not staying in the hotel facilities if they didn't make you feel so unwelcome maybe would have tried a night in there but we had, had enough. When speaking to other people staying at this hotel a lot of them were returning customers and said that it had changed in the last few years it has always looked a nice hotel from the outside but can honestly say I would never return to this hotel and wouldn't recommend either, not even like it was the cheapest I would kind of expect if paid cheap.

I have to say outright that the staff are some of the best I have ever encountereed at a hotel. Welcoming and friendly. The hotel rooms are a little dated but not so much that it was unacceptable. I would warn you though - THERE IS NO LIFT. and the floors can go up to 4 flights of steps. The air con is only in the living area and costs £40 per week. We took 2 little USB fans for the bedroom and it was just enough. If you really don't like the heat though, you may have to fork out for the air con. The Kitchenette was sparce. It does have a toaster though (woohoo!!) but cutlery and crockery was extemely low and no big glasses or bottle opener. TAKE YOUR OWN TOILET ROLL - you have to provide your own and it is only sold in 24 rolls! We did get the trots though, so it came in useful ;). There is a supermarket just around the corner that sells most things and has a cashpoint. Oh and all cashpoints make a local charge. Take Lira and not Euro's. Or better yet, take a pre loaded card with Lira on it. The house maid - Sarah was incredible and did some wonderful designs on our bed. Towels and sheets are changed twice per week. Food was very good in the hotel but just a touch more expensive than outside. Drinks were the same price. The whole resport was considerably more expensive than the last time we came and on a self-catering holiday for 1 week, we spent £700!! We do not eat 3 meals per day and do not drink much either. The average cost of a mid way decent evening meal and 1 drink was £35 for two. We averaged a spend of £80 per day between us. Don't be fooled by the 2 for 1 drinks - they are £7 so not really 2 for 1 price! The hotel makes a real effort on entertainment as they need you there spending your money and not outside. However the Music was way too loud for me (I am partially deaf and wear hearing aids). Plus it was all dance music. Just not our thing. The area is all the same though - like Great Yarmouth at the height of summer!! It is a good 20 minute walk to the beach and we walk at a reasonable pace. The pool is nice but again the loud music comes on about 1pm and spoilt it for us.It is fairly small and did get crowed though. All in all, I would say this is a hotel / area for the younger generation and not necessarily for the 50+ couples. But that is just my view. There are queiter parts of Marmaris though, so don't be put off.
