brilliant hotel .and fantastic food and service .would recommend to anyone .four swimming pools to choose from and only 100metres from beach front and lively bars and restaurants.travelled eith TUI hotel rep Michelle one of the nicest people I have met on my holidays and very knowledgeable

Excellent hôtel que je recommande. Très bel emplacement pas loin du centre ville, établissement très propre, personnel très gentil et à l'écoute. Nourriture excellente et rafinée, j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'art d'accomoder les restes de la veille pour éviter le gaspillage. Turkies vous accueille au restaurant de manière amicale et personnalisée. Hâte d'y retourner.

Our first visit to Turkey and we had an great holiday. The staff at the Blue Bay Platinum Hotel were excellent and each and everyone of them should be recognised. The quality and range of choice of food were exceptional in the restaurant and the desserts in particular were of 5 star standard and the chefs and staff in all areas deserve a mention. The biggest thank you has to go to the superb service in the restaurant from Turkes, Yusef and Umut who made our experience the best. Their personal attention was the best we have received in any hotel over many years of travelling and it certainly made our holiday. They gave the same service to everyone and Turkes' attention to detail was superb. Our room was spacious and kept very clean with regular changes of linen and the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. The pool areas were very busy due to the number of guests and the staff were constantly cleaning the areas and kept it very tidy. We tended to use the adults only area which was quieter and away from the daily activities which suited us. It was nice to have a private beach section with free sunbeds which again was kept tidy. We weren't expecting much by way of evening entertainment due to it being early in the season and what was provided was fine. Thank you to all the management and staff.

Nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. We liked the food etc. Our room was at the front and it can be noisy with traffic and loud bars etc. The booze is local spirits etc so we didn't have much to drink. I bought my own wine from the supermarket because I didn't like the wine in the hotel. The only thing that spoiled the holiday was some people (UK citizens) seem to think all inclusive is a reason to get so drunk they cannot even walk or get to the toilet. It's a very small minority but why keep serving them? Hotel is good position between Marmaris and Icmeler, easy to get bus/taxi to either or even walk along the sea front.

Absolutely loved my holiday here, first time to Turkey and didn't know what to expect but it's great and can't wait to come back again. The hotel is in a great location, lots of shops and bars right on the doorstep. The staff are the best thing about this hotel, they are very friendly and helpful especially Turkeș in the restaurant and Alex at the adult pool bar. They took care of everything for us, nothing was too much trouble, very attentive to our needs. The food has options for everyone, the snack bar was my favourite, pizza was amazing! The cake and icecream cafe was lovely.

Very good experience, friendly staff and always responsive to your needs. We asked to change rooms and this was done in minutes. Food selection was also good, very good options. We were especially happy with dinner staff as we have allergies. Waiter names TURKES was on hand to deal with all our needs. I would definitely go again

Hotel à recommander sans hésitation , superbe infrastructure avec plusieurs piscines et de multiples bars . Personnel souriant , professionnel et à l'écoute du client .Outre tous ces points positifs , mention spécial pour le restaurant et ses buffets variés et surtout le buffet desserts exceptionnellement recherché , bravo aux patissiers , un tout grand merci également aux serveurs , notemment Turkes Yunus toujours bienveillant à votre égard . Had the best holiday to celebrate my husbands 60th and our 20th wedding anniversary we spent most days round the adult pool where Alex went above and beyond
