The Hotel is as always very good. The food developed much than before and is fantastic delicious. Restaurant part is renovated, looks fabulous. Room is comfortable and cleaned every day. Sunbeds are ready every morning. The Beach and Swimming pool very clean. We had as before a splendid holiday ☺️

I had such an amazing stay with them for my 21st. All of the staff were so personable and the food is amazing. Deano and dobby especially, cannot thank them enough for how excellent they made the experience. I can’t wait to go back, can’t recommend enough!!!

The restaurant foods are delicoous lovely staff helpfull and the beach so close fresh air the entertainment is the best every day activitisies and night show is great everyday different shows thanks to all entertainment team definity we come back september

The entertainment team is 5/5 without question. The management need to let the team do their job and they should be allowed to pick the entertainment in the hotel as well as do their own shows which has always been great. Hotel itself Food 4/5 quite tasty generally but food was rather repetitive. Cleanliness 5/5 always tidy and all staff work hard to ensure this Decor 3.5/5 it is starting to look a little dated and needs a freshen up. The room corridors are quite dark and just need freshening up. Still very clean tho. Issues The shower in our room on 5th floor was poor. Was either very hot or freezing. The air conditioning was poor in the room. It was reported to reception twice and they said it had been fixed but it was still warm with very little cold blowing out in our room. Strong points Entertainment 5/5 excellent as ever Location 5/5 beautiful view over the bay from our room Cleanliness 5/5 never any rubbish about and staff never stop Luggage staff 5/5 very friendly

Excellent experience with the team from passa beach Fiona and dobby ozzy memos marineta deno have all been reall helpful and friendly 👌 I would recommend this hotel for people with kids really friendly and lots of activities for the kids and a amazing team thank you. Can't wait to come back 👌

Goed hotel, schone kamers en van alle voorzieningen voorzien. Ruim en divers buffet met veel afwisselingen. Leuk antimatieteam die verschillende soorten entertainment aanbieden voor alle leeftijden. Echt een aanrader! Hhhhhhhhhhhhh
