Arrived to air con dripping like a tap, so informed reception straight away. It took four days for someone to deal with it, while we were putting towels above the Tv unit not for it to blow all the electrics. Walked down for breakfast and sat in the outside area and this place has a really BIG ant problem. They are everywhere. Massive ant nest near reception front door which if you look, you can not miss them. Think people don’t mention it because they are too pissed to notice. Go down the pool after 9am, you can never get a bed so don’t even bother. Want to stay around for the entertainment then expect to sit on the sun loungers because not enough chairs. Bar staff just act as they please and really don’t care about customers. No cups, no ice, no this, no that. Tui rep is on site but 11am while your out on trips is really no good. She clearly is not doing any kind of quality checks on this site and just turns up and goes home. Went to pool bar at 2pm and you get cold chips and cold burgers just stacked up 25 high going cold and food illness waiting to happen. Buffet restaurant is like pot luck about what your eating, one night I thought it was lamb and it was fish…No,No,No.. Last day was drilling to install a new banister in the stair way, no signs about trip risk or anyone guiding customers around the cables running all over the floor. Overall it’s all inclusive but at what cost !!! Enjoy the bad bar staff, the ants and the cold food but you were warned. Pack them in and stack them high is this place now..lost all quality control. Midnight check out was a guy trying to crack on with two girls after he found out they were by themselves, again behaviour breeds behaviour. Management seem to spend more time sat in small offices, than getting out and testing areas they control. Word of advice, leave your office and experience some of your bad service and than you may wish to improve it or not, you may not like your job, like we don’t like your hotel.
